The room was clean and the bed very comfy. I was there for a convention and each of the meeting rooms was great. I forgot my toothbrush and they brought one very quickly. It was also attached to the casino which provided great entertainment. I would definitely go back.

Enjoyed a weekend at the Cleveland Renaissance on Public Square. Despite mix-up at check-in, room was comfortable, shower was powerful, and service was attentive. Stayed there for a month in 2004 for work; was happy to see the property had been kept updated. I will go back.

Stayed for a family wedding and were traveling with kids. The hotel was centrally located so we could walk to the rock and roll hall of fame. Rooms were spacious and lovely. We needed connecting rooms and the staff was very accommodating.

This is a very grand, old-style hotel, which we usually try to avoid. The good thing is they upgraded us to a giant suite, which is bigger than our own home. The Renaissance is a historic building in downtown Cleveland that has been updated to contemporary standards. Stayed here two nights in June during our wedding. We had a large, corner suite and enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was the street noise. The hotel is in the perfect location; connected to the casino and tower city, walking distance (3 min) to East 4th street or West 6th restaurants/bars.
