I also was able to get a great deal on a weekend night for the Hyatt in Cleveland on Priceline. It is an absolute steal for the price. As mentioned in previous posts, the House of Blues is across the street, and there are a number of other restaurants & bars within easy walking distance. You can easily walk to... More

Some of these reviewers are way too critical, especially since a lot of them got a discounted price (like me) on Priceline. Remember, you are paying more for the location. My fiance & I only stayed for 1 night on 7/15/06. We were quite happy with the room, but really were only in it to sleep. The hotel is a... More

My husband and I booked a room at the Hyatt through Priceline. I know not to expect too much so I was pleasantly surprised by the Hyatt. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly and our room was quite nice. It seemed big because of the high ceilings although it was dim once the sun went down. There was also... More

We purchased a two-night stay at Priceline for $50.00 per night. The hotel was centrally located with easy access to a local festival we were attending. The room was ample and very quiet with a nice view of the city. We had an outstanding dinner at Vivo, a restaurant located right in the Arcade. But the real gem was the... More

I just stayed at the Hyatt Arcade in downtown Cleveland, OH. I was there with my fiance over the 4th of July weekend. We went to Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH for a quick get away from NYC. The hotel is located a section of downtown that is not very lively and the stores close early. When we pulled up... More

Stayed at this Hyatt for 9 nights on a business trip. Following are the facts of my stay: ROOM: Cleanliness of room was only fair. Carpeting was spotted and stained. Baseboards nicked. Walls spotted. Some grout missing from tiles in bathtub. The only thing that I knew to be clean were the crisp white sheets. Hyatt's upgraded beds are nice... More

We were completly disappointed with the ambience of room and also the quality. We booked the fare via priceline and got a good deal, but our happiness was shortlived. The hotel actually has different rooms than are present in website, which are smaller. My only suggestion for interested guests is to "call the hotel and ask about the type of... More

Wonderful weekend at the Hyatt Arcade in Cleveland. The room overlooking the Arcade was spacious and well appointed. What a treat to walk on an outside corridor overlooking the magnificent Arcade to get to your room.

We selected the Hyatt since it was the 'headquarters' hotel for the Cleveland marathon. Having a 26 mile run the next day, we were hoping, as most hotel guests would hope....for a quiet sleeping room. The hotel however, decided to host a prom that night in the central court of the hotel with dj music until 11 and clean up... More

I recently used the Hyatt as the stage to celebrate my 5th wedding anniversary. I was always taught that it never hurts to ask, so I asked many things of the Hyatt to make this a memorable anniversary. They did not dissapoint! When other hotels threw canned specials at me, the Hyatt offered use of a private room in the... More
