We stayed here as an overnight stopover during a lengthy road trip and was fortunate enough to get the hotel at a Priceline rate of $35. Pretty much anything is good at that rate but I would seek this particular hotel out a more standard rate if I were heading back to Cleveland for any reason. The location can't be... more

Went to Cleveland for a Wedding 4th of July Weekend. Stayed at the Hyatt , upon arrival the exterior of the hotel and the lobby were great. Booked a King Superior on Dec 17 2008 but at check in I was told they had no Kings available only 2 doubles , not a great way to start....... Outside our room... more

I booked this location through Priceline. Unfortunately, the price I paid per night ($50.00+taxes) did not include parking. The parking options for the location were 1) park at an unaffiliated parking lot for min of $18-$20 per 24hrs without the option to come and go or 2) use the hotel valet parking for $22 per night with unlimited in/out privileges.... more

I loved this hotel. It was near everything, it is historic and the room was very nice. The only problem we had was with the parking, which is in a tightly packed garage beneath the hotel. We had been there for two whole days and parked (we had been told parking was included) until a parking attendant happened to be... more

We got this room off of priceline for $42, however, parking was $22, so not that cheap. However you pay for the location. We were able to walk around downtown which had several nice places to eat. The beds were comfortable and the room size was okay. The hotel was really spread out, in my opinion, but we weren't there... more

I love the Arcade. Have since I was a child and it continues on as an older man. The building is simply beautiful. I wish that Hyatt could do something to stir more traffic on the ground and first floors to give it some life. The rooms are ok, both in size and upkeep. The air in my room was... more

This hotel was easy to find and very beautiful on the inside. The Arcade shopping mall in the glass-roofed atrium was interesting to look at, if you like old architecture from the late 1800s. We arrived on a Thursday afternoon at about 4 pm and all the shops were closed, except the restaurant associated with the hotel, which was expensive... more

The Hyatt is an older hotel in downtown Cleveland. The layout reminds you of a prison, with many rooms opening to a walkway that overlooks a huge atrium. You'll need to keep your curtains closed for privacy due to the windows facing the walkway, if you stay in one of these rooms. Check-in was a breeze, as was check-out, but... more

My fiance and I stayed here for an over night trip. check in went smoothly, other than the fact we either had to pay 22 for valet parking or park in the lot next door for 18, in which we would have to pay again if we left and came back. later that evening we realized one of the lamps... more

We stayed at the Hyatt over Easter weekend. It is a few blocks away from the Warehouse District in downtown Cleveland. The highlight of the hotel is its really cool architecture. The hotel rooms are all set around an oblong four story arcade with balconies and a soaring glass roof. The effect is serene and stunning. Our room was a... more
