All was well for my night's stay, managers reception in the evening was a nice welcome. Only thing I will mention ...ask for a courtyard room. I faced the street and even on the 11th floor the noise was annoying. But hey, its a downtown hotel. Had I known I would have asked for a different room. Aside from that,... More

As mid-scale hotels go, I'm a big fan of Embassy Suites. This hotel is major need of a face lift. The rooms are dated and tattered. The beds aren't too comfy. It feels like you're stuck in the early '90s. Although friendly, the hotel staff isn't terribly motivated to do anything for you. They kind of just lurk in lobby... More

We stayed in the two bedroom and two bath suite. The living area was huge with the traditional Embassy Suites wetbar including sink, microwave, small fridge. The living room is has a sleeper sofa though we didn't use it. The picture window over looks the city street and has a large balcony that sit out on though the scenery is... More

Stayed over the New Year weekend, in town for football game. Yes there were difficulties with the elevators which was an inconvienance. I was on the 8th floor and did not hear the fight but did hear the alarm that was pulled at the same time. The staff was very friendly this included everyone we met. There was a mix... More

We stayed here over the New Years weekend. Our rooms we not ready when we checked in, when they finally were ready they were not very clean and they forgot to leave towels. The elevator was not working properly so we were down to two elevators for the weekend with a full hotel! I called for wine glasses and was... More

We had the opportunity to stay at the Embassy Suites Hotel for pleasure in late December 2011. The booking itself was a complete nightmare - we negotiated a very good rate only to have the hotel book a different rate ($30/night more). When we argued, we were given a rate $10/night more than the original rate, but we were tired... More

The staff members are EXECPTIONALLY friendly and helpful at all levels, from the front desk to the doorman to the housekeepers to the food & beverage staff. Beds are very comfortable & rooms are spacious & well-equipped. The complimentary breakfast has a TON of selections, including made-to-order omelets, sausage, biscuits, gravy, assorted cereals, assorted pastries, oatmeal, fresh-cut fruit, whole fruits,... More

I enjoyed my stay here at the Embassy Suites. They allowed us to park our tour buses across the street in front of the hotel, which was great.... Have a subway, small deli. and grocery store attached. Never had to go outside unless I just wanted to. ** One thing I want to mention... when you're in a room that... More

The staff at this hotel was extremely friendly, the breakfast great, and the manager reception was cordial. That said, this is a "tired" hotel when you consider we paid $125 a night for the room. The rooms and hotel need updating. Interesting circumstances here in that it appears to be attached to a building that also has apartments, and the... More
