This is my third four day stay at the Embassy Suites this summer. Almost all of the staff is pretty pleasant, and I tip almost all of them for a decent job. After all, they are working folks too. The valets/bellhops do a pretty good job. One valet who was a woman however stalled my car several times and parked... more

I agree with the previous reviews with this addition and the following exceptions: Rooms were not ready for anyone at the 4:00 check-in time until 4:30 PM. People lined up were told to wait around the room once they identified themselves. The desk girl muttered that she didn't know why the rooms weren't clean yet, but she was smiling and... more

We have stayed here a couple times now and just love the rooms. We enjoy the quiet hallways here rather than the typical atriums found at most Embassy Suites. Either way, we love Embassy Suites and stay at them often. This time, we splurged on the executive suite with balcony. It was nice having a balcony and two sofa beds... more

From beginning to end, this was a good stay. I have stayed at Embassy Suites in other cities, but this property did a really good job. Plus the renovation that was recently completed did very well for the property I might add. Next time I stay in the downtown Cleveland area I am staying here. more

Cleveland has a lot to offer, namely the Embassy Suites. This is a 12 story all suite hotel. Some rooms are studios suites, with no separate bedroom, but they are larger than most hotel rooms. We checked into our single double bedded room. These beds are definitely too small for 2 people, so if and when you do book, make... more

Every year we make a bi-annual trip to Cleveland for the Reds and Bengals. We previously stayed at the Hampton Inn, which I highly recommend if you can't afford Embassy, but found a better deal for the Embassy on our most recent trip. I have to say for what we payed it I felt we were ripping them off. I... more

My husband and I and our three sons decided to stay at this property because of its location to Progressive Field (formerly Jacob's Field) and our past experiences at other Embassy Suites. This hotel was fantastic! They went out of their way to make our stay a good one. We stayed for two nights and on the first night we... more

We stayed here for a weekend with our teenage and near-teenage kids and enjoyed it quite a bit. The large room with separate living & bedroom areas gave us lots of space, and our kids really liked the pool, ample breakfast, and manager's reception. It is a short walk to the Rock hall and Science Center, and there is a... more

The hotel was very nice. Rooms are spacious and well put together. The location is great, with in walking distance to just about everying in downtown. Plus the hotel as a complimentary shuttle that will take you within 2 miles. The complimentary breakfasts were very good. The hotel is located in Reserve Square which includes Scorchers Bar (services food and... more

Stayed on Friday March 7, 2008 when in Cleveland for a soccer tournament. Made a reservation about a hour before arriving when we decided that we wanted to be closer (.3 miles versus 15 miles) to were the kid's were playing, due to a snow storm. Got a $129/night rate plus taxes of $20/night. The extra $60/night was worth it.... more
