Arrived late to the hostel on a Friday, so the staff provided the combination to the door via telephone. I departed on Saturday. The parking lot is near a shopping complex which seemed to have a bunch of low-end shops. Apart from this, I could not rave about this stay enough. From check-ins, to the rooms, the lobby decor, everything... More

Got to the hostel very late on Friday and left on Sunday. We had small hiccup with key which was mixed up with our neighbours but we managed to sort that out. The rooms were big for a hostel and the beds were comfortable. My friend and I had room 32 which was a 2 bed room. I will say... More

It pleased me immensely to learn that Cleveland had a hostel, but it made me even happier to find out that it was such a great hostel! The rooms and everything is clean, the kitchen and eating area is great, and the roof top deck is an awesome addition. It is right in Ohio City, a wonderfully walkable neighborhood with... More

The Cleveland Hostel was close and easy to find after disembarking the train at the W-25 St. Ohio City station. This hostel is also, at most, a 2 minute walk from the historic marketplace in Cleveland which was a delight to visit. The hostel offers free wifi and a nice large kitchen where one can prepare meals as needed. The... More

This place is awesome. Tastefully decorated and it has a great rooftop patio with a skyline view. All normal hostel amenities included and linens are free. The neighborhood is a sleeper too. Way more fun than downtown Cleveland. Staff was also very accommodating and friendly.

I stayed here on the recommendation of a friend who lived in Ohio City (the area the hostel is in), and she was not wrong. This is my first time staying in a hostel since I was a teenager (sadly, long ago) and I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was a really excellent experience. I got a room... More

The Cleveland Hostel was an excellent place to stay. I met some nice guests staying there and likewise the people of Cleveland were very friendly. My first trip to Cleveland for a vacation was a very positive one. I would return to Cleveland at some point and stay again at this hostel. I loved the rooftop patio and BBQ with... More

I stayed at the Cleveland Ohio Hostel mid-May 2013. It was my first experience at a hostel. First, the location is perfect if you plan on taking public transportation. The rail transit is close by and the bus is steps away. The hostel is less than a block away from the West Side Marketplace and the Great Lakes Brewery restaurant.... More
