The staff was the most helpful and friendly I have ever seen at a hotel. The prices were very reasonable, and the hotel is in a great location (walking distance to several fun attractions). My wife and I will be visiting Cleveland again in the future, and this will certainly be the hotel we stay in.

The hotel looks quite old with lifts taking couple of minutes to reach eight floors. However, I really liked the staff. All of them were very cordial and willing to help. The breakfast was regular. Excellent, helpful staff. Scrupulously clean. Very comfortable, nice-size rooms. Older property, could stand a bit of renovation but perfectly maintained. Best location in the city. Across from baseball park and basketball arena, easy walk to 4th street. Not far walk to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the football stadium.
