Older building with unique architecture in downtown Cleveland provides some real "character" unusual for the expected sameness of most chain hotels. Room was very nice. Breakfast area is like walking into an elegant Victorian B&B. Staff quite friendly and helpful. Great location only a block for the basketball and baseball stadiums. Limited onsite parking and this is not for a... More

This hotel's location cannot get any better. We were in town for an Indians game and we were so close to the ballpark and anything else you would want to do in the city. The hotel also is unique (part of the old arcade system in Cleveland). Breakfast was INSANELY crowded on the day we were there (I think it... More

This Residence Inn is obviously a conversion of an older building. The first thing I noticed was that all of the hallway door handles on the guest rooms are placed very low for wheelchair accessibility. I'm sure it's great and appreciated by those travelers, but it makes it challenging for the rest of us to open the door, especially when... More

I've stayed here a few times for both business and leisure, and each time has been great. The location is ideal and walkable to many downtown Cleveland locations. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. I will definitely stay here again during my next trip to Cleveland.

First of all the hotel is in a former hotel - I think the Colonial. Architecture and rooms beautiful. Staff from A-Z was very friendly and helpful with any questions. Breakfast was very good and the dining room was just beautiful - it must have been either the ballroom or restaurant of the previous hotel. Location was excellent - 6... More

Let me check in a bit early. Super nice staff. Easy to find from the train. Room was nice and comfortable even had a fireplace. Close to stadium and RR Hall Of Fame. Ate at the Winking Lizard Tavern. Super Tasty.. All within walking distance!

The Residence Inn is a converted arcade in downtown Cleveland. It is convenient to the ball parks, arena and casino as well as lots of restaurants and the business district. It is a bit of a strange hotel because of its history as a commercial/retail building. Each room is different and some of them have some very quirky features. Ours... More

This place is right at the heart of anything that is going on in Cleveland, you definitely can't go wrong there. The included breakfast buffet helps to make this place even more attractive. The indoor connection to the E 5th St shops is something you must see. Rooms are well equipped. Beds seem to be needing a change... ended up... More

My wife and I just returned from our second stay at this hotel. The location is around the corner from our favorite restaurants. The self parking is under the hotel and very convenient. It is a couple of blocks from baseball and basketball venues, and close to the theater district, as well. The staff are very helpful. On our second... More

This hotel is centrally located it seems to everything in the down town area. We went to a game at The Jake (progressive field). We walked to the convention center and it's a very nice walk. I would imagine not as much during a polar vortex. You could walk to the Rock Hall easily. It's right next to the amazing... More
