I have stayed at this Residence Inn before and there were really no surprises. I had thought it was the best choice for an extended stay (I was there for 12 nights). However, I guess I am becoming more critical, particularly after spending three weeks at the wonderful Residence Inn in downtown Denver. Let’s start out with the positives –... more

This is a gorgeous property in an excellent location. The lobby was beautiful. There was a wonderful sitting room and a separate area for billiards. It definitely had an “old world” feel to it. The staff was friendly. We had a studio suite, which had a king bed, pull- out couch, and kitchen area. Everything was very clean. The lounge... more

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times over the past 5 years. This recent stay, 6/16/08, was the best. Front desk people are NICE to you, and helpful. Parking lot person was very nice too. The rooms are huge, with kitchens and very comfortable beds. The architecture is unique, not your cookie cutter hotel chain drab. The... more

Stayed here during a February weekend and won't hesitate to stay here again! Spacious suites, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Very convenient to Jacobs Field and Quicken Loans Arena. Suite had a king bed and sleeper sofa, dining room table, desk, and kitchen. Larger than some of the other Residence Inns we've stayed in. Very comfortable bed and nice shower in... more

Went for a getaway weekend with the girls. Booked a king suite which was huge! Very charming hotel. Older yes but in great shape and very clean. Great location. Booked through Marriot website as hotel gave me higher rates over the phone. No valet parking when we where there. Self parked but still was charged valet rate. A great stay... more

First the problem: I stayed at this hotel for 1 month. It has two elevators for use by both passenger and employees. 2 - 3 times a week the same elevator broke down. Let me repeat myself, 2 - 3 TIMES A WEEK. Which would leave one for everyone to use. Staying on the top floor didn't help matters. Cleveland... more

We were delighted with our huge room. We had all the usual amenities of a Residence Inn kitchen, office area, bedroom, but this one had the charm off the 1940's. The hotel is located in a few old buildings linked by hallways in the heart of the theater district. We could walk to the theater and local restaurants and bars.... more

Free breakfast which was actually good and included make your own waffles.Spacious rooms with kitchen and dining area. No hallway noise. (We did have a lot of outside noise on a Friday night due to festivities in the parking... more

We stayed at the Residence Inn in downtown Cleveland on Saturday night, July 28. We've stayed here many times before and have been generally pleased with both its price and proximity to Jacobs Field for Indians games. This time, however, we had a somewhat different surprise. We got our room assignment and room-card keys and then proceeded to our room.... more

We just returned from a long weekend trip to Cleveland. Overall, we had a good stay. Here are the positives and negatives about the hotel and trip in general: Positive: Good location. A short walk to Jacobs Field. Close to Tower City Mall and the Hard Rock Cafe. Excellent buffet breakfast. The breakfast was well attended by staff. The staff... more
