Pros: The price is very low, the hotel is close to downtown, our room was clean and spacious, there was plenty of off-street parking. Cons: The neighborhood is not very appealing and seems to be in decay, the towels and washcloths are very cheap, there are often people loitering in the parking lot, and the hotel staff doesn't do much... Spent the weekend there and I was less than impressed. Outside entrance full of cigarette butts, Planters outside entrance full of dead brush. Windows need cleaning Lobby less than clean Rooms less than clean.Asked for maid service they didn't even change the sheets the just made the bed, I could have done that. Shower curtain was moldy. Pictures online must... More

Soap with pubes, poop splatter in toilet, room smelled like piss. Greasy hand prints on wall and headboard along with questionable spatter. Carpet was not vacuumed around the edges of anything. Bathtub and sink had hairs in them. Towels spelled as if they had been used and just dried. I left and didn't stay there, and since I got it... More

Young solo female traveler on a budget. I wanted to be close to the downtown area. The bigger hotels were more than double this hotel, plus an extra daily rate for parking at those places. Parking here was free all day and night, with easy in/out access as needed. The internet was free and strong signal in my room. The... More

Now that I've checked in, I have to say that I'm embarrassed that I'm even staying here. Walking in the room, you can literally see the sag in the bed. The bed cover was folded back, the soap in the bathroom was opened. This joint just gives me the creeps. Only saving grace is a nice view of Downtown and... More

Stayed her for 4 nights for the recent Yankees-Indians series at Progressive Field. Though this isn't a five-star hotel, it's not really that bad. The hotel is only about a half-hour walk to Progressive Field and the other downtown attractions, so you can leave the car at the hotel and save money on parking. The hotel has free parking for... Stayed here 3 times all because it was just a bus ride down the road from the now torn down peabody's. It is cheap way cheap but you really do get what you pay for. all 3 times I did not need to switch rooms and I did not find anything to really red flag or even make me worry.... More

This hotel looks okay on the website (my friend made the reservation) but I had a bad feeling as soon as we arrived. The first clue is that the reservation had to be canceled the day before-red flag. The location is near downtown but it seemed abandoned. The building looks old, dingy windows, old a/c units. Then we went inside.... More

Someone else I was traveling with booked this hotel and if it hadn't been for non refundable deposit we'd have left. I will say the beds were the least scary part of the place but that's not saying much. Stained carpet, dilapidated bathroom, dingy everything. They claim there was a continental bkfst but it was nonexistent (not that i would... More

Seriously the most disgusting place I have ever walked into. Urine stains, mold and food on the walls are all complementary here. Staff is not surprised and are glad to take you to an equally dirty room. The sheets are not changed regardless of what was done to them. Crumbs on the bed, lights don't work, moldy windows and walls.... More
