Our stay was fine, nothing great, rooms were old but ok. Only one staff member was friendly the entire time. The last morning we were there we got a call that our car was broken into and we were robbed while parked in the Comfort Inn's GARAGE (without a working door). All the staff could say was "sorry...nothing we can... more

This hotel is a little nicer than the Guesthouse, but this hotel is much further away. The hotel has a very nice breakfast (complimentary) with fruit (mostly bananas), cereal, yogurt, juice, pastries, and a waffle iron with waffle batter (my personal favorite). The rooms were fairly quiet and the staff was reasonably friendly. If you have the misfortune of being... more

My fist experiance was at the reception as is most of ours, the girl at the desk was excellent. very friendly and helpfull with directions etc. The reception is an antiquated tired looking foyer with an uneasy feel about the place. My room was clean and had a view which was not too bad. At about 7.30pm i went downstairs... more

I walked into the lobby, and did not get a good feeling. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The lobby has an old look, and an overall creepy feeling, and needs serious updating. My room was clean, but the door did not have a security lock, like most hotel rooms do. I felt like I was in the dorm... more

We stayed in a suite Oct. 14 - 16, 2008. Refrigerator was not very cold & hot tub had slow drain. They fixed the drain in 10 minutes but did nothing about the refrig. Bed was comfortable, rug is old, breakfast is good, staff is attentive & friendly. Parking lot is safe & has a night watchman. Charged $7.50 /... more

My wife and I stayed at the Cleveland Comfort Inn, Sunday of Labor Day weekend. We ended up going to a baseball game at Progressive Field and the hotel was conveinent to Progressive Field. This was actually our third stay at this hotel. Our last stay was in June 2006 and I know most of the hotel was under much... more

the service was great, location not so great. better off spending the 40 extra bucks to stay at the Raddison, it is right there at jacobs field and the Q arena. we had to walk or cab it from the comfort inn, and the walk was a good 10-15 minutes to jacobs field. shower in our room sucked! but the... more
