We have been staying at the Colonial Manor for about 20 years when we come to Bryan to visit family. This was our worst experience! We checked in and found the room to be ok but as someone else mentioned FREEZING COLD! The heat was turned off. The sink would not drain and the toilet was slow to flush. They... More

We came in for a business holiday party and the rooms smelled funny they seemed clean but smelled funky. There is a lounge located in the building next door, I'm pretty sure they serve dinners. I went in for a night cap and the bartender made it very clear that she did not MN are any money and she was... More

Our Buick touring club (Buick Driving Enthusiasts division of the Buick Club of America) chose this location for our 2014, five day annual Fall Tour, based on a one night stay last year. What a great location for this event! We had 39 cars, ranging from 1940 to modern, from locations as far as Kansas, Florida, Georgia, and Eastern Pennsylvania.... More

We booked this motel from the road on our way from VA to WI. The staff on the phone were quite helpful and the room rates were extremely reasonable. The motel is in the actual town of Bryan, which is about 10 miles off the Ohio Turnpike. That was a concern at first, but we're so glad that we had... More

Some train traffic, so keep your fan on for a good night's sleep on your clean comfortable bed. The bathroom is small and my toilet wasn't filling, so I adjusted the float to work properly. Free continental breakfast, but is close to diner/drive-ins/dives fir tummy fuel. Was given a 20% discount for bereavement, which was a plus! Will stay here... More

Staying here is what a motel is all about. Clean, spacious rooms and baths, quiet, and you can park your car 10 feet from your front door, separated by a nice shaded lawn and covered porch. I've been here numerous times in the past 10 years and always found it a wonderful experience. If you like "classic" American motels that... More

We stay here whenever in the area, 2-3 times per year. Friendly staff. Nice beds. Always clean. Rooms have been updated and are well cared for with plenty of space. Nice community, we want to return someday for the Christmas lights. Reasonably priced. Works well when I am traveling on business or with the family en route to a Notre... More

This motel was a pleasant surprise and is now my "go to" lodging choice whenever I'm in the area. Nothing fancy or extravagant ... Then again you won't be paying a hefty nightly rate either. My room had plenty of space, a nice desk for working, HIGH ceiling, and fridge/microwave. Everything was in good condition (fresh & clean). The staff... More

We stayed at the other local hotel called the plaza hotel it was not as good at this one. Plaza had lumpy bed stained tub and the front desk person was not friendly. We changed hotels and were so happy with the room!
