Unbelievably bad...No shuttle from the airport, even though it claims to be an airport hotel. Rooms have lots of stuff you don't need, like frying pans and empty refrigerators, but don't have the basics. NO SHAMPOO! NO HAIRDRYER! I thought it was a mistake, and call the front desk at 6:45 a.m. to get shampoo. Their answering service picked up... more

Love the rooms, love the prices, but the company won't honor email campaigns for discount rooms when they can't be booked online because of their broken web pages. The hotel is unresponsive to this road warrior. more

I believe this is a newer hotel. Very well kept. Restaurants close by. Stayed here to go to the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. Kitchen has microwave, fridge, coffee maker, two burner stove. Nice size bathroom. Good for longer stay. Just stock the fridge and you won't have to go anywhere. more
