I was very disappointed in our recent stay at this hotel. The hotel hallway smelled like smoke on the second floor, I found tons of cigarette butts in the stairways. Our mattress in our room needed to be replaced. It felt like sleeping on a board. The room above us decided to party till 2:30 am. And we could hear... more

I booked this hotel based on some of the more positive reviews here, and because of a great price obtained through the BW Best Rate Guarantee, but must say I was disappointed overall. The rooms are merely OK, with all the required amenities present in their most basic form. The hallway on the 2nd floor reeks of smoke, while the... more

What we liked... Very close to the IX Center, Not far from Cleveland attractions, easy on-off access to I-71. What we didn't like... No hot water, key card machine didn't work, not easily handi-cap accessible from parking lot to hotel entrance. When I say no hot water, I don't mean it was lukewarm. It was cold -- -C-O-L-D! They told... more

Free breakfast and comfortable beds in a clean room. Plenty of towels and VERY hot water. Good location but the night staff parks in the handicapped spots even though they aren't supposed to. Had to complain about non-placarded/tagged cars in the disabled spots but they were removed. Breakfast was basic but hey--it was free and it was fresh. Fruit, cereal,... more

I stayed at the Best Western Airport Hotel about a week ago. I was presently surprised when I presented my Best Western Crown Rewards card and was upgraded from a regular room to a suite- with no extra charge. The staff was very warm and friendly, which is always a plus. They really made us feel like valued customers. The... more

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western. It is a newer hotel, checkin was easy, though on several days I had to have my key card reprogrammed. The room was very nice with a very large counter in the bathroom offering plenty of space. Bedding was basic but comfortable, just nothing fancy. Lots of cable TV channels and wireless... more

We stayed for one night at this hotel. It's pretty generic as far as amenities are concerned. The room looked new and it was clean. The beds were comfy. However, there was no refrigerator (so we ended up lugging our cooler from the car). If you’re traveling with kids, there’s not much to do. My kids look forward to game... more

I booked 2 rooms for 4 guests to stay at the Best Western Airport Inn and Suites on Snow Road on June 13th. We did the Park n' Fly deal for $59./night , which was a great value. Check-in was a little scary at first because they didn't have our reservation down (the rooms were prepaid). Luckily, I had my... more

We stayed at hotel for just one hour. Hallways smelled like smoke. Bathroom was dirty. Check in area smelled like chlorine. Staff was very nice and let us cancel our reservation after and hour. I have very allergic children and did not feel comfortable staying there with or without them. more
