My family of 9 (5 adults, 4 children (10,8,2,11months) ) stayed here for 2 nights while visiting King's Island. The hotel was super clean, nicely decorated, and everyone was friendly. The continental breakfast was the normal fair, but very good. My parents stayed with the younger kids while we went to King's Island and the extra space in the room... more

The Hyatt Place was nicely decorated and is a newer hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the desk area is very convenient with all the desk outlets you'd need. The hotel is very business friendly. The staff were courteous. The complimentary breakfast was only ok, no hot foods. You can purchase hot foods if you so desire. It was... more

I booked four rooms for twelve people through hotwire.com and was pleasantly surprised with "winning" this 3 star hotel. The destination for this trip was Kings Island, so it was perfectly located less than 12 minutes away from the park. The furnishings of the hotel rooms and lobby are extraordinarily comfortable with many amenities. However, having stayed in many Hyatt... more

The bed is awesomely comfortable. I still like the newer Embassy Suites better (they look very similar to Hyatt Place) - even if they lack the monstrous-size TV. more

Had a nice stay Oct 17th-18th. Room was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The downstairs lounge was full and lively when I checked in on Thurs night. The desk dude was very helpful and polite. Made use of the checkout kiosk on Sat. morning checkout-a nice touch. Just one caveat-avoid the overpriced grub in the lobby cooler. Plenty... more

Pro's - The large, High Def, flat screeh television in the rooms, the main reason I like to stay @ Hyatt Place's. Negatives - Just a dumpy hotel, not as clean as I would have expected. Definately a musty smell in the room. Service was so so. When I checked in (Monday night @ 9:30pm) the front desk clerk was... more

Stayed here over the weekend and was very impressed. Went to Kings Island on Saturday and the hotel was a lot closer than expected (10 minute drive-if that). The room overall was spacious-2 queen beds with a huge pullout queen sofa bed. Bathroom was a little small but nice and clean. The best part of the room was the huge... more

Our room had a bad musty odor. The noise coming from the hallways was horrible. Bathroom was extremely small. Several cars were vandalized during our stay which didn't make me feel secure. Expected a lot more from a Hyatt name. more

We booked this hotel through priceline for only $35. This was easily the nicest priceline hotel we have ever had. The room was a mini suite with two comfortable double beds and a big fold-out couch. The room had a mini fridge, nice desk area and a huge flat screen tv. The room was very clean and recently remodeled. We... more
