Enjoyed our stay here. The property is relatively new and is in good condition. Grounds were well manicured, which was impressive considering how rainy it had been. Rooms were spacious and well-maintained - our room had a nice kitchen area that was very clean with lots of counter space, a couch, and two double beds. Lots of natural light and... More

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was. I stayed in a room that had a flat screen tv and was very clean. I enjoyed having a kitchen in my room so i didn't have to eat out. I also was able to get a free pass to urban... More

I stay here 3-4 times a year on business trips. I prefer to cook my own meals and the kitchenette is perfect. Nice, safe area. Desk personnel are always pleasant and helpful.

Everything about this place was disgusting! The Carpet in the hallways, elevator and room were filthy! The temperature of the halls was so warm and smelled bad. The bed was a double and felt like a cot. I have enjoyed staying at extended stays in the past, but this was horrible. We ran out of there in less than 15... More

Room was despicable and not worth it. I checked out the next morning. The entire hotel was not clean, in disrepair, and smelly. Needs a complete overhaul. Will never stay there again.

My adventure started when I booked my room online 3 weeks in advance for one night at this hotel. My family and I were expecting and ready for a cold, comfortable room to crash in after a long hot day at King's Island. When we got there I had to call on the lobby phone to get a person to... More

Pros: Cheap; A/C works Cons: Not as cheap as you think (details follow); incompetent and uncaring front desk (forgot to activate our room keys); filthy carpet in halls, stairs, and room; stains on walls, bathroom door, and bedside table; noisy A/C (perhaps a blessing because any noise from the hallway or other rooms was muted); bed is firm for one... We stayed at this hotel for one night as our son had a doctor's appointment just down the street early the next morning. When we arrived, the staff was friendly, but when walking through the hallways, we knew that this establishment was not clean. There was dirt and debris on the stairways and in the hallways as though the carpet... More

I am sitting in this hotel as I type this review and I think this hotel is definitely an example of you get what you pay for! The furniture & bedding are completely out dated which wouldn't be a problem if they were clean & comfortable but they're not. The beds feel like sleeping on concrete, one of our pillows... More
