We spent two lovely nights here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Very comfortable room, discreet but extremely friendly hosts in Paul and Sue, excellent breakfast and a view that takes your breath away. A wonderful base from which to explore the gentle and often deserted delights of the Fleurieu Peninsula. For a quiet weekend away from it all - nowhere better

Thank you Sue and Paul. We spent 2 nights at Corinium Roman Villa. The Villa is well situated between Yankalilla and Victor Harbor so we got to see both areas very easily. Sue met us on arrival and showed us around their fabulous property.....the views are extraordinary! The history of the property is a very interesting read and the accompanying... More

Stayed 3 nights, peaceful and quiet, No free wifi which was advertised no phone coverage either, Continental breakfast was average and I expected we would have had enough milk, butter etc to last the 3 days, but I had to go ask for refills the second day and couldnt be bothered going and asking for more milk on the third... We enjoyed every aspect of our weekend away at Inman Valley, and especially gazing over the beautiful valley view. The accommodation itself is clean and well fitted out and there are plenty of nice extra details (eg sherry on arrival). Amongst the breakfast provisions were homemade bread, homemade jam and homemade honey, all of which were very nice. The hosts... More

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights as part of our honeymoon and we couldn't have asked for anything more than what we experienced. The nature is breathtaking, the room was very comfortable and beautifully set out with a spa and combustion wood heater. It also had an amazing four-poster bed. We stayed in the middle of winter... We stayed here for 3 days in November, having spent time there the previous year. Paul and Sue live on the premises and are totally amazing, but respect your privacy totally. (Gay friendly too) The rooms are beautiful, especially the four poster bed and the beautiful fireplace in winter. The views are spectacular and the breakfasts that you can cook... More

First impressions on driving into this place were that the gardens and verandahs needed a good tidy up. However the room was spotless and well appointed. The location is very quiet and the views relaxing. Homemade bread was a nice touch. It would be a lovely place to stay in winter when the wood fire could be used.

I will just echo the other reviewers - lovely property, in great position to allow you to explore from the McLaren Vale to Port Victor and beyond. Such a lovely building - the rammed earth walls give such a restful feel. The room was large, airy, quiet and well equipped. Regards eating, I would suggest buying provisions and BBQ yourself...
