We were in a studio apartment (115 B) and it's alright -- nothing fancy, standard business like. Room size is okay. Bathroom is clean with glass enclosed shower. Coffee maker and toast is easy and works perfectly. Small closet but I love the full-length mirrors. Slow internet! My biggest issue is the bed -- just two single beds put together!... More

Dear TubOfRoses, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are currently looking into purchasing some mattress toppers which will alleviate the discomfort you felt on the King size bed. We are also upgrading our Wi-Fi system which will improve the internet speed. Thanks again and we look forward to welcoming you back to Quest Mawson Lakes.... More

This place was a nice little find. I was out at Golden Grove for work and didn't want to have to travel from the heart of Adelaide in traffic but I didn't want to stay in a cheap, dodgy suburban motel either. Masson Lakes is a nice spot. There are shops and cafes and restaurants all within walking distance which... More

Spent a hot week here in February. Nice facility with a great staff. It's an apartment with some daily service. My apartment even had a washer and dryer. Each room will have an AC unit. The beds look like a king, but they are two twins pushed together and the middle has a very hard edge protruding, so I stayed... More

Limited facilities. Friendly staff and the clean well appointed room was serviced daily. The only issue with housekeeping was the air conditioning being switched off on a 38 degree day and I returned to a sweltering room that took a long time to cool. Whilst I didn't use it the kitchenette was clean and well equipped. Why Australian Hotels etc... More

I stayed at Quest Mawson lakes whilst travelling in the area for work. The staff and property were great and would happily stay at the property again. The rooms were spacious and having cooking facilities enhanced the stay and made it feel like a ‘home away from home’. The staff were responsive to all my requests and assisted at all... More

A very new place, big and spacious, and I think good for value. We stayed here for 3 nights for holiday - great location. It's only a 15-20 minute drive to the city if you have a car, and there's also a lovely park / water area near by to sit and have a coffee if you have the spare... More

I stayed here for over a week with my husband & toddler. No provisions for sleeping arrangements were made for our child - she ended up sleeping between us in a "king" bed, which was 2 singles joined together with an uncomfortable lump in the middle. Our "serviced" apartment didn't appear to get serviced at all - i had to... More

Dear Mrs J1978, We are equally disappointed to read that you didn’t enjoy your stay with us. All of our apartments have sofa beds which we would have happily set up for your toddler provided we were informed when the reservation was made or at any time upon request. Alternatively we would have placed a cot in your apartment if... More

Stayed for one night on a Saturday night. Excellent secure parking. Reception staff pleasant. Room was clean, spacious & comfortable. An air conditioner that works really well. Plenty of tv channels. Only downside, and this is picky but some car parking spaces were impossible to use.

Just had one night at this property as part of a business trip. Booked in Mawson Lakes as it was close to work and the place appeared to be very new. Yes it was new, but what new hotel these days are built with no double glazing. I had a room at the front and on the top floor, but... More

Were not informed when booking that the door security key was also needed for the power.Nice room but found range hood and cupboards low and kept hitting head. Prefer to sit on comfortable chairs when watching tv unfortunately chairs were not very comfortable at all. Very nice BBQ terrace.
