Traveled to Australia on business a few times and stayed at this location while there. It’s quite a modern hotel and spacious. The rooms were large and clean, and some of them had balconies with a view of the ocean. (I’d believe these are the front rooms.) The balconies also had small tables and ashtrays, so I found that a... More

We stopped here by chance on the way driving to Perth. Wow the room was spacious with two queen beds in. The room and facilities were clean and the view over the ocean was both amazing at night and again at sunrise. The restaurant was out of this world. The service was top quality. But, the food was amazing. We... More

I have been lucky to travel to many places to stay in many Hotels to attend business meetings & conferences! I took a group of 15 clients to Port Lincoln to go Shark Cage Diving with the Calypso Star which was also an amazing experience but I had many of my clients mention the high standard of the Hotel &... Here in March for two nights , reception was very reluctant to offer me a room with a view even though on booking I had asked for two , they did offer later as an after thought but too late by then as we had settled in to our rooms. Overall a nice place and well appointed on the seafront.... More

Dear Robahardman, Thanks for taking the time to review your recent stay with the Port Lincoln Hotel with everyone on TripAdvisor. I would be keen to find out more about the 'reluctance' from the reception staff to sell you a room with a view - as we have 111 rooms in total, so unless we were fully booked and perhaps... More

Always a welcome sight after a long day's drive. The Port Lincoln hotel is a modern edifice with old fashioned hospitality. The view of the hotel is far surpassed by the view from the hotel, especially if you are lucky enough to secure a sea view. More than half of the hotel bedrooms overlook beautiful Boston Bay, in the mornings... More

great place for a few days away seeing the sights, tasting the food and getting the feel of the port.
