We read about Cooldie Park Farm Retreat on Wikicamps. It lived up to its reputation. Great lay-out. Lot of thought gone into planning. Heaps of room. Loved the bush shower - with hot water and also the camp kitchen. Very quiet. Glad we found it. Great fire pit.

We had a wonderful, relaxing 3-night stay at the Piccadilly Cottage. The cottage has plenty of room and everything we needed. Hassie, Jo, Richard and co. gave us great hospitality--the homemade jams and night-time tour of the farm were outstanding. The farm's beach is rugged and beautiful--we spent hours there taking it all in with a feeling of connection to... More

We stoped here on our way home to wa, we had toured the Eyre peninsula for 5 weeks and left this place until last as we wanted to see talia caves, and they are very near by, we wish we had gone here first we would have stayed longer, it was brilliantly set up for Bush camping and we loved it... We stayed in the Piccidilly Cottage for 2 nights. The cottage was older style but had everything we needed. It was an easy trip into Venus Bay for supplies, and also to Bairds Bay to swim with dolphins and seals, which was wonderful. The scenery around the coast is spectacular.

Did you know South Australia is the driest state in the driest continent? Water is therefore an extremely valuable source and the owners of Coodlie Park are fully aware of this. Not only did they build this truly Australian accommodation experience on ecological principles, such as using green energy, using collected rain water only and doing extensive recycling but they... I will start by saying that we would stay here again but would like to add some comments; We did the camping experience as we had a camper trailer, we stayed for 7 nights, we probably should have parked in a different area of the park as we parked in one of the bays and it was extremely dusty (it... My wife and I stayed there recently but unfortunately had to leave early but in the short time we were there Hassie could not have been more helpful. The cabin was good, the peace was terrific and the wildlife was different, we would recommend to anybody.

Arround the turn of the year I was on a tour 'Nullabor Traveller'. Coodlie Park was on the tour and is from the same owners of the tour. It was a great place to charge the batteries. Both for myself (a hot shower) as for my phone (electricity!). The tour was wonderfull as was this place. There is a well... More

Really this review is all about the nullarbor traveller trip, owned by the same family company who run the Coodlie park farm retreat. Independent of which direction you travel on this 9 or 10 day camping extravaganza you have a welcome 2 night stop at coodlie park - the rest is swags only!! The Nullarbor traveller trip was amazing -... More
