Spent 2 nights in 2 bedrm unit. Excellent location. Walked to top of Rawnsley Bluff, watched flocks of emus drinking at the dam, many birds, roos, sunset over Elder Range and sunrise over ABC Range etc. Great facilities for the price. Easy drive to Wilpena Pound.

Had an absolutely fabulous stay in the Homestead which though not cheap was well worth every penny. The location is amazing with stunning views of Wilpena Pound. The property itself was beautifully finished and really nicely kept. The daily re-stocking in our fridge of really high quality food for breakfast was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Thanks for a... More

Stayed in Eco villa for three nights in the middle of March and had a brilliant time. Villas are spacious and very well equipped. Location is great and enjoyed a full day 4 wheel drive tour with excellent guide Phil who was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Site restaurant serves excellent food. Finished stay with flight in light aeroplane. Thoroughly recommend... More

In March this year we had our wedding reception a the lovely Woolshed Restaurant. We have visited the restaurant often as we live locally and always we are welcomed by the lovely managers Elizabeth and Andrew with a fantastic atmosphere and absolutely amazing food. That night was no exception. We stayed in the cabins on the wedding night. They were... More

Went for a three night stay at Easter with my son in one of the Eco units. The first thing to say is that the location is spectacular, with the station itself (a working sheep farm) deep within the Flinders and adjoining the jewel that is Wilpena pound, which is close by and dominates the view (it changes colour and... Cant begin to say what a wonderful time we had here with our friends, we stayed 2 nights and went on tours around the flinders, it was very hot, at night we sat under the stars waching the milky way and eating choc.

Great to hear that you enjoyed your stay with friends - even though it was hot during the day. Just goes to show how good it is when the glass is half full. More

Our family stayed here for 3 nights. It was kind of odd at first, so far from anything we knew but then we loved it, a special atmosphere. We stayed in the cabins which were really cosy, simple but all we needed. It's a bit further than you think from Wilpena, but really good in a different kind of way.... More

Pleased to hear that you got into the spirit of the Outback while you were at Rawnsley. It sounds like the kids enjoyed the sense of freedom you get when you have plenty of space. More

We really enjoyed our stay in the Eco Villas at Rawnsley Park. The views were absolutely spectacular and the villas were well spaced out and designed to provide that feeling of peace and tranquility. We did feel that the price per night ($400) was too expensive for what you got. Whilst we found the villas to be comfortable, I wouldn't... More

We stayed in one of the cabins for 1 night after camping in the national park. The cabin was comfortable with a double and single bed, kitchen facilities and bathroom. There was not much of an outlook from our cabin but we went to the Woolshed Restaurant for dinner, where the outlook and food were superb. Rawnsley Park Station is... More

We were 2 couples and decided to stay in one of the holiday villas, not the eco villas, deciding not to stretch the budget as were on a 6 week trip. No regrets the villas were perfectly comfortable us and pricing was very good value. Really enjoyed using the BBQ's in the evening and watching the wildlife wander and fly... More
