We spent 3 really wonderful nights in one of the 29 Units at Rawnsley Park which is a working sheep station plus Resort /Camping experience . The units are of good standard & have all the facilities required . There is a small store & petrol at the Camping ground with basic items . The Woolshed Restaurent provides good meals... More

We stayed in one of the eco-villas, and absolutely loved it. The setting is incredibly beautiful, and we had fantastic views from the villa. It was very comfortable, well-equipped, spacious, and we felt very well looked after (loads of breakfast foods and other items were provided for us). Staying at Rawnsley Park was the highlight of our whole Australian trip... More

At the end of a long holiday, staying at many places throughout Australia, this was one of our favourites. Our self contained unit was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. We are not sure if it had laundry facilities available because we didn't need to wash clothes over the course of our 3 day stay. There were a... More

We stayed in a self-contained unit and it was very clean and spacious with a nice wide verandah to enjoy the wonderful view of Rawnsley Bluff. The bed was very comfortable and the decor first-class. There are plenty of opportunities for walks at the Station, either easy or moderate for those who aren't regular bushwalkers and it is only a... More

We started and finished our Flinders Ranges By Bike trip at Rawnsley Station in self-contained unit accommodation. The units were clean, warm and comfortable, and contained everything we needed for our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the planning and booking process of our bike riding trip through the Ranges and helpful on arrival with questions and final... More

This was our second experience at the eco villas. We loved our stay and will definitely return (again). The ambience of the villas and the location amongst the pines and nature and peacefulness is just perfect. Maybe they are a little pricey as has been mentioned, but it depends what you are looking for - I love going back to... More

Plenty of space but the price was a bit over the top compared to what we have paid for similar arrangements on our road trip. Cooking utensils were a bit wanting, especially trying to cook for a family of four, pots and pans not big enough.

We stayed four nights. The holiday units were very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Lovely big bath towels, comfortable bed, stove, microwave, good size frig, heating etc. Everything one would need. Only criticism was cheap and nasty crockery, cultery and saucepans (so thin food caught and burnt).Having said that, we would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends, The... More

The Eco Villas are made of the highest quality materials, intelligently designed, symapthetic with the surrounding environment and immaculately presented. They are spacious and comfortable and offer stunning views from every aspect through the large windows. There is even a sky light above the bed so you can lie back and enjoy the night sky. The villas include their own... More

We stayed early July 2014. If you're after unrivalled views with peace and quiet, plus all the comforts of home, an 'eco villa' is the solution. Worth the expense for sure and the staff make you feel very welcome. The only grumble we had was with the Woolshed restaurant. While everyone else here sings it's praises, we found the food... More

Thank you for your response. We are aware that the restaurant experience is the pivotal experience for many visitors, so we take your comments very seriously. We source both the lamb and kangaroo locally and our Chef Andrew Zdravkovski is passionate about delivering flavour and consistency. The first week in July was busier than expected and our weekly delivery is... More
