We stayed four nights. The holiday units were very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Lovely big bath towels, comfortable bed, stove, microwave, good size frig, heating etc. Everything one would need. Only criticism was cheap and nasty crockery, cultery and saucepans (so thin food caught and burnt).Having said that, we would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends, The... More

The Eco Villas are made of the highest quality materials, intelligently designed, symapthetic with the surrounding environment and immaculately presented. They are spacious and comfortable and offer stunning views from every aspect through the large windows. There is even a sky light above the bed so you can lie back and enjoy the night sky. The villas include their own... More

We stayed early July 2014. If you're after unrivalled views with peace and quiet, plus all the comforts of home, an 'eco villa' is the solution. Worth the expense for sure and the staff make you feel very welcome. The only grumble we had was with the Woolshed restaurant. While everyone else here sings it's praises, we found the food... More

Thank you for your response. We are aware that the restaurant experience is the pivotal experience for many visitors, so we take your comments very seriously. We source both the lamb and kangaroo locally and our Chef Andrew Zdravkovski is passionate about delivering flavour and consistency. The first week in July was busier than expected and our weekly delivery is... More

We had a 1 bedroom cabin for a 2 night stay. Simply brilliant. . Clean, comfy and warm on those chilly nights. Reception staff were just brilliant. . Told us everything we needed to know. And upon a spur of the moment decision to take a flight over the pound, it was arranged in an instant. The food in the... More

Very pleased to have such positive comments. The winter can be the best time to visit the Outback provided you rug up at night. The days are often clear and sunny, just perfect for sight-seeing and hiking. More

We flew in in a private plane. The strip is in great condition. We were picked up and taken for a tour around the resort, and then our villa, which was stunning. It is beautifully decorated, in first class conditions and the views… We then tried walking in the dark to the woodshed for dinner, and got lost! The staff... More

We stayed in one of the cabins. It was set up for three people and had all the gear that one could want. The wide verandah is a good place to sit and have a few drinks while watching the sun go down. The BBQ that we used to cook our steak heated quickly and was easy to clean. There... More

A group of six of us stayed at Rawnsley Park Station at the end of April in the cabins. They were extremely comfortable with own cooking facilities and as written before a lovely sunny verandah to have breakfast on in the morning. We bbq'd and made sure we took advantage of the open fire pit. Wood is for sale at... More

I was lucky enough to win a two night stay in an Eco Villa plus dinner at Woolshed Restaurant. What an amazing experience, the accommodation was fantastic, the little touches of breakfast provisions, proper tea & coffee was fantastic. Dinner at the Woolshed was wonderful, lovely staff and amazing food. The staff at Rawnsley Park were awesome in letting us... More

We stayed 3 nights in one of the holiday units (not the Eco villas) - but these were very comfortable, well appointed with everything you need for self catering. Nice verandah for outside sitting and bird watching. Great location for visiting the Woolshed Restaurant, after a long walk! The Flinders Ranges are looking sensational at this stage! We did 2... I am very pleased to read your review. I agree that the Rawnsley Bluff walk is a great experience and a meal at the Woolshed is a nice way to finish the day - what I would call our core offering to the Experience Seeker. More

We stayed 3 nights in a cabin which was good size and comfortable with good kitchen which is important if you are self catering. Staff all very friendly and informative with suggestions for walks and trips. The full day 4WD tour with Tim was well worth the cost - he was so informative about history, geology, flora & fauna and... More

Pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Rawnsley Park. We are currently in discussion with Telstra regarding upgrading the existing 15GB plan with Telstra Next G.
