This is our third time to stay here. We always try to stay here on our way back from holidaying in the. Channel Country. We always enjoy the curry at this place, which is a must if you like spicy food. This time when we arrived there were plenty of children (10+) running around the motel so was very noisy.... More

It's a fairly new motel and it looks it. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Had a great one-night stay on our way home from Longreach in winter 2014. The in-house restaurant has a great menu, very well executed too. Food was great. And... we managed to leave two pillows of our own on the bed when we left. Manager phoned... More

After staying in 7 different hotels in the past 2 weeks this was the best. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I am in Roma again. Restaurant was exceptional. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Air con was fixed so temperature could not be adjusted.Bar of soap wedged in the control flap.Bed was shocking and springs had collapsed. Would not stay there again.Even changed rooms because of air con and still the same.

Dear Lorraine G, Thank you for providing your guest feedback. Unfortunately we were expecting your online comments and our apologies that you felt this necessary. Although we tried everything in our power to try and explain how to operate the reverse cycle air conditioners it appears that you decided to provide negative feedback on our establishment anyway. The reserve cycle... More

Love the Bungil Creek. Quality of the rooms is absolutely second to none and the staff are always very helpful. Restaurant is of city quality (got to try the Baby Barramundi, spectacular!) as is wine list. Location is central to everything which is also a massive plus.

Great place to stay in Roma. Clean, spacious room and in a great location. Right near the duck pond at the Big Rig which also has a neat little kids park. My toddler was happy with that. Attached restaurant to the motel was a little over-priced but the food was still nice.

We were fortunate enough to be the first to experience the wine and breakfast deal. Were greeted by the friendly owner, and taken to our room with a choice of champagne. Room was fantastic, we decided to eat at their restaurant (AMAZING, wonderful service and food). By far we believe we picked the best place in town to stay, wine... More

Always a pleasure to stay at the BC. The crew there treat me like a welcome friend and I always look forward to my next stay. Food is great, rooms are very clean and comfortable. But guys, but a cheese board on the menu please!

Hi Dowser22, Thank you for your lovely comments. It is always a pleasure having you stay at our establishment. The cheese board has still not made our winter menu as of yet. :-) However, next time you visit; be sure to let our receptionists know and we would only be more than happy to organise a special plate for you.... Undercover parking outside room. A small annex with couch and table plus 2 chairs as you enter room. Ironing board , iron plus usual tea making items. Bathroom very nice. The restaurant attached to motel had the best lamb biryani. Part of Best Western chain. Very helpful staff. Would definitely be a return customer.

We have been traveling in Queensland for nearly two weeks. Bungil Creek was our most expensive night. It is a very modern motel and has great service. On the negative side was the road noise, I woke thinking a truck was about to come through the window. Admittedly we had the window open which wouldn't help however we couldn't use... More
