This was the second most expensive ensuite site we've had. We were tired after a long day's drive and didn't ask to inspect it before we paid. Big mistake. The ensuite block was the oldest, most unpleasant we've used. There is a sign in the ensuite recommending you wear shoes using it because it's a wet area. Imagine wanting bare... More

As I was travelling with two friends, I had booked a two bedroom cabin for an overnight stay. Although I was assured on the telephone that there were two separate bedrooms, we arrived to discover it was a one bedroom cabin with an extra double bed in the living area. This meant that I needed to invade the privacy of... More

We were passing through Roma in a bit of a hurry so opted for a cabin in lieu of setting up our camper trailer. The cabin was very, very good although a bit pricey at $120 pm. Staff were very helpful with sourcing a meal. At their suggestion we took the shuttle bus to the White Bull Tavern where we... More

This park seems to cater mostly for vans wanting a one night stop at this time of year. Many vans were in very narrow drive through sites. We arrived at 4.30pm and got one of the last free sites. It seemed like the "one night" guests were on smaller sites than those staying longer, but that was OK with us.... More

We always stay at the Villa because we love it!! The amenities ARE clean and well maintained. The managers are friendly compared to some other parks we have stayed in. The park is close to Bassett Park where a lot of events are held. We usually catch a courtesy bus if we go out anywhere at night. Great Service.

Ladies toilets so dirty left without even having a shower in the morning. Way out of town can't walk to anything. Very noisy trucks rumbling past all night. Looks neglected and run down people did not seem to care.

Reception welcome was very frosty. Shower amenities so bad can hardly use them, which is what you really need after a long travel! Would not stay again. Better off staying at the showgrounds next block up.

I don't normally use park amenity blocks as we are lucky enough to have our own ensuite in the caravan .... but while my husband was connecting power and water to the van, after our long drive from Carnarvon Gorge .... I decided to use the park amenities. Big mistake !!! Toilets were filthy ... one toilet had excretion smeared... More

This started out as a great place, lady in the office was very knowledgable about our motorhome towing a car, how bigwe were, giving us space to get in and out, drive thru site, but it turned out to be THE worst park we have ever stayed in! Not only did my husband get aggressively abused for using a bucket... More

What a awesome place. Couldn't of had a better stay. Absolutely friendly staff, nice pool and play area for the little ones wicked camping ground all around. Couldn't recommend a better place to camp out in the Maranoa.
