I would expect to pay their prices at the coast. There was no extras for the huge extra cost they charge, just your basic motel room with the normal amenities and tea/coffee etc. No bath rub, no spa. The staff were extremely nice though and did try to please requests, but that doesn't justify the huge room cost. ($170 p.n.)... More

If you are ever in Roma QUEENSLAND and need to rest your weary eyes this is the place to stay, it is very clean, roomy, air-con, wi-if, well presented accommodation, only had breakfast which arrived on time, there were no hassles. Thank-you for good service.

Only stayed one night here on business, but the room was spacious, spotless, with good modern bathroom, free wifi, and aircon I managed to set real easily to the perfect temp for a good nights sleep. We were meeting some colleagues in the town for dinner so only ate here for breakfast, I had the continental choice, which was fresh... More

I dined at the motel's on site restaurant with a group of 10 work colleagues. Our reservation was for 7pm and we sat down by 7.15pm, after which we waited nearly 25mins before I got up and asked if we could be provided with water and menus for the table. I estimate it took about an hour for the entrees... More

i am so sorry to hear that your visit to our restaurant was not to the high standard that we expect and are known for. It was an extremely busy night however as you point out this is no excuse and you can be sure we are taking steps to ensure this does not happen again. When you are next... More

I stayed at the Explorers Inn on the 3rd of December. The place is great. Friendly, helpful staff, excellent room, the grounds are kept immaculately. There is ample parking and the food was great and service was prompt and courteous.

I recently stayed at Roma Explorer for the second time for work purposes. I really rate the service at Roma Explorer. The ladies on reception are lovely and only to happy to accommodate. The restaurant food is fantastic and the service is second to none. This place is well worth staying at. Have recommended it to my work colleagues.

Had very friendly staff and where willing to help where possible. Convention centre was perfect for a large conference with powerpoints. Catering for the conference included fresh fruit and subways. Make sure you tell staff in advance if anyone has dietary requirements as they weren't able to get any decent gluten free food together on short notice.

Thank you for your recent review of our property. I am sorry to hear your steak was not cooked to your liking and that the crème brulee was not presented to it's usual standard. I have passed on your comments to the chefs to take immediate action. Carnarvon Gorge is a wonderful place to visit and I hope you and... More
