Our family stayed at Mossman Gorge B&B for five nights and for us it was really hard to leave. We did not only get lots of information, Mandy and Chris let us feel like members of their family. They quickly knew what we are interested in and there are lots of fascinating things in this area to explore. We loved... More

We stayed in this beautiful house for 2 nights. The room was really nice and cozy with its own bathroom. I like the mosquito net in the bed, which makes nice decoration. Bed was comfy. Bathroom has all the things you need, including hair dryer. The house has big common space. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We had... More

My wife and I enjoyed 4 nights at the Mossman Gorge B&B. You can tell straight away that Mandy enjoys running her B&B, her warm greeting, enthusiastically showing us around the B&B which is the whole upper floor of Mandy and Chris' residence, they live downstairs so upstairs, complete with kitchen, living room, and the balcony where breakfast is served... Just what we were looking and I don't understand why we didn't pick it up on Trip Advisor until the last minute: lots of character, beautiful views from veranda with so many birds and butterflies, local knowledge, a cosy base to explore the surroundings from and come back to, breakfasts to die for, a little pool to cool off in.... This place feels like you are at home as soon as you walk through the door. It is fresh, clean and filled with all the comforts. As a young family of four we spent many hours in the pool and on the verandah just 'hanging out'. As parents we enjoyed the feeling of being outside but in an area that... More

This was most definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We could have spent the whole two days we were in the area just sitting on the verandah watching the wildlife, drinking Mandy's coffee and eating her freshly baked croissants. We were made to feel like family from the moment we stepped through the front door. The whole main... More

Have you ever wanted to LIVE in the canopy of a rainforest? Mossman Gorge B&B fits that bill. Mandy and Chris Coxon's Queensland style home puts you on the bird's level. The verandah is the perfect of platforms: you can enjoy one of Mandy's fabulous breakfasts and be treated to a wild kookaburra that comes to visit. Figbirds, honey eaters,... More

This lovely B&B is much more a traditional B& B than I expected. You definitely get up close and personal with the owner, Mandy and it feels just like a home. She provides a significant amount of information about the house, the area and activities. Now this for some is a good thing....and for others not so much. Some people... More

I knew from the outset that these guests were not overly happy with me or with how the bed and breakfast functioned and I tried my best regardless of this, to ensure their time in house was a good one I take note of their issues and even though they chose to give a low score, I am going to... More

We felt so welcome at this B & B that we considered it home four our four days. The entire main floor is available to guests--living, dining, kitchen and outdoor areas. The veranda was the best , where we had delicious breakfasts with views of Mossman Gorge and all the birds attracted by the feeders. Mandy was so patient with... More
