This business has closed for business ,a shame as it was a wonderful place to have a break.suggest you go to Montville as there are a great number of b&b's in the area, also Maleny is great .a trip to Kenilworth is also worthwhile.

We enjoyed 2 nights here recently and I could not speak highly enough of our hosts and the accommodation. My first contact was a polite phone call from June requesting more information about our arrival and advising of the service to ferry guests into Maleny for a meal or the option of a meal onsite. This was a lovely offer.... More

Perfect views from a room with the biggest bed ever. Combine this with the included luxury breakfast, the facilities that include a billiard room, heated spa & swimming pool, huge library & DVD collection plus attentive hosts & you could not want for anything more. We also took the option of including dinner provided by our gracious hosts. Drinks at... More

Stayed for one night and wished we had stayed longer. Fantastic hill top location with excellent views of the surrounding countryside. Very friendly hosts only too willing to please. Spa pool with views over the country side, a breakfast fit for a king too!

Eyrie Escape lived up to all our expectations and is worthy of it's five star rating. We stayed two nights in the large Blue Room with massive king sized bed, and had stunning views from our room and private patio. June showed us round the property on arrival and then brought tea and home-made cake to our room. Breakfast was... More

My son (8) & I decided to travel from freezing Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast in the September school holidays. We decided to stay around the Australia Zoo region so we could enjoy a full day there and also stay on a couple of extra nights to explore the beauty of the hinterland, the rain-forests & the Glass House Mountains.... My wife and I, like many of the other Eyrie visitors, are returned guests. We originally had part or our honeymoon in the magnificent blue room there and returned recently for a quick break from the everyday drudgery of life. It was a last minute thing and we wanted only one night. Wotif had nothing of value on offer and... More

What was to be just another place to stay the night while we dined in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, we were pleasantly surprised by this B&B situated on the foot hills of Bald Knob. I originally chose this place due to the close proximity to the Terrace on Maleny restaurant and it was within my budget ($260 per room per... More

We recently stayed at the Eyrie for our second visit. This time my husband was recovering from by-pass surgery. For me the trip started as a disaster when I realised I had left most of my clothes still hanging on the door at home. Peter and June immediately offered to go and get them. However I managed without the extra... More
