Well maintained big park even though there wasn't any grass only dirt but we are in the outback, ensuite was bigger then most very modern and spotless, staff very friendly and obliging. Everything is within walking distance, close to highway but noise wasn't a problem. Will definitely be recommending this to others

This park is large but has character. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Everything we needed was there. Sites weren't huge and the park is dusty, but we were in the outback so this was to be expected. Sausage sizzle was included and live entertainment provided for a donation. We'd stay again next time

We had a Motorhome and booked an powered site with Ensuite, these are great and near new. These guys are huge and cater for many types of sites in large numbers. Close to highway but noise not noticeable, walking distance to Hall of Fame and Qantas museum, town was a much longer walk about 5k return. The sites are just... More

We arrived at 10:30 pm, so the reception was closed. However, the number of the manager was posted on the door, so we phoned him. He came down immediately, and checked us in - no problems at all. The park is a nice park. It doesn't have any grassed sites, due to the drought in the area. However, many sites... More

We are from NZ and regularly tour in outback Australia. We have stayed here before and find that this is an ideal quiet location within walking distance of the main town area. This is a very large campsite with ample space for each individual site. The amenities are very clean tidy and well run.

We were travelling through in a hurry and opted for a cabin in lieu of setting up our camper trailer. The cabin was quite satisfactory although the aircon was pretty noisy. We will visit this park again when we return with our caravan as it appears to be the best in town. The free camp near the river is too... More

We stayed at this park, to find that a National Convention was on for the A-Framers Caravans, and needless to say there were about 300 sites taken over by them. We were crammed in amongst the A-Vans, a long distance from the amenities block. There was a lot of social activity being conducted in the adjoining restaurant area, so this... More

This is a very large park, but there were sufficient facilities. These were always clean. The park is in a very convenient position - just a short walk to The Stockmans Hall of Fame and the Qantas Founders Museum. It is also a very pleasant walk along the linear botanic garden into town. Brolgas visit the Park.

Check-In easy and very friendly helpful. Girls in the office could not do enough to help us with information and booking tours etc. The cabin was clean, and contained 2 bedrooms, a very operational kitchen and spacious loungeroom and dining area. Great little balcony. We would recommend this accommodation.

We booked a 3 night stay and would recommend the en-suite sites which are much bigger than the normal ones. The ensuite was spotlessly clean and modern. However for the size of the site the laundry facilities are woefully inadequate with several machines out of order. The park is well located only a short walk from the Qantas Founders Museum...
