Beautiful breathtaking views, delicious, home made local food...but the icing on the cake was the wonderful service we received from our lovely hosts. It was never a problem for Jackie to go out of her way to make sure we had a special stay. She was so friendly and also provided us with everything we would need to get to... More

We used Spring Creek cottages as a base for going to The Warwick Rodeo and we were delighted with our choice. The comfortable, well equipped cottages had spectacular mountain views with the additional bonus of wallabies and their joeys sitting and jumping all around. Breakfast was special, ,with interesting, well cooked choices and served In the on site cafe. We... More

Driving from Stanthorpe back to Brisbane, we visited Queen Mary Falls at Killarney and then a short distance down the road pulled into Spring Creek for morning tea. The Merlo coffee sign was noted - one of our favourite makes. The coffees were well made and at an appropriate temperature. The accompanying cake and scones, freshly made in the kitchen,... More

My partner and I stayed for three nights and we didn't want to leave! Being the middle of winter, the temperature was very cold; however when we arrived, our cottage (Blue Wren) was warm as the fire was already lit. We had a great view over the valley and it was great to see cows and their calves walking past... More

Moving home, after living for many years in one place to re-establish elsewhere, can be one of the most stressful things one can do. You have to make time to recharge the batteries. The tail-end part of our move entailed motoring up the highway from Sydney through Tamworth and Armidale to Warwick, Queensland. Tired, road-weary and wanting to settle before... More

I drove from Noosa to the cottages and loved the cool, crisp air and phenomenal view. The cottage was lovely, with a wood burning stove, kitchen, and beautiful porch that looked over the mountain. The whole side of the cottage facing the mountain was all windows so everywhere you looked that was a view. They provided everything you needed to... More
