Lovely hotel/motel with a lot of history. Great memorabilia. My room was on the balcony and i loved the bed! So comfortable. Hotel is in the centre of town so i didnt have to walk far at all to get to the bank or shopping centre or local cafes. I had dinner here and it was great. The staff were... More

I Stayed at lees last month, for 2 nights, and I didn't want to go home. I made friends, staff were friendly, food was quick and good.. history through the pub was an experience in itself, I will definitely be returning, and recommending this to my family and friends.

We called in here for the second time in two weeks for a drink and a meal. The meal was good and the really good news is that the pub really has beer and it is cold and delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Met the owner who was able to fill us in with history of the town. We... More

Had a great stay, friendly staff, and good food. Have recommended Lees hotel to my friends and family. The bar area is great, with the big screen TV 's , and free pool tables. Rooms were very comfy, clean and tidy. Look forward to our next trip to Ingham, and Lees Hotel.

After a 6 day hike on the Thorsbourne Trail, Hinchinbrook Island, we were looking forward to a hot shower, nice meal, peaceful sleep & maybe meet some new people in what we assumed was an iconic Qld pub on a Sunday night.. Never again, it was truly one of the worse places my partner & I have experienced.. OK, we... More

You never said a word to the staff or the management. If you had said something we would have done everything humanly possible to try and keep you happy – but you managed to keep silent. Your comments are full of sarcasm, innuendo ,half truths and straight out falsehoods. We believe that you have concocted this report in conjunction with... More

We were unfortunate to stay here on a Friday night. There’s a pub downstairs and apparently Friday is party night. Obvious to say you won’t get much sleep in this hotel. Very loud music that can even be heard while wearing earplugs and trying to sleep. Helen, the manager who’s responding to all the negative reviews below, promised on 10th... More

My staff are amazed, when you booked in on Friday you already knew everything about the hotel, you stayed Friday night, had breakfast Saturday morning, stayed all day Saturday, Saturday night, had breakfast on Sunday morning and then left after breakfast. We have staff on duty 24/7 and you couldn't find 30 seconds to speak to any of the staff... More

We stayed here as it's famous for the Slim Dusty song. What a disappointment, the room had new bedding which made it look smart, the bathroom was still in its original condition, the bathroom floor was wet from something leaking and the tap dripped. The hotel offered complimentary cooked breakfast which you redeem at the cafe across the road, we... More

Our family business employs local people and supports the local community so we wonder why, rather than tell us your concerns so that we can fix them, you decided to do as much damage to us as you could with your trip advisor comment .During the last three years over 21, 000 people have stayed with us and enjoyed our... Staff are polite, but stops there! Beds were clean but room wasnt, really disappointed in our meals, everything burnt or dry. Would have appreciated a room back from main street as it was too loud and too bright. Wouldn't stay again.

The weekend that you stayed, there were 21 other families that also stayed with us. They all seemed very happy with us and their stay, in fact at least a dozen of them went out of their way to let the staff and management know what a good time they had. Almost all of them thanked us for the free... More
