Personally my partner and I LOVED Bloomfield. Yes it's not cheap but we travelled all around Australia and in places like Ayers Rock, paid approximately half of what we paid for Bloomfield, but we only got 10% of the service and memories back. Wonderful beautiful place. We stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon and it was real luxury. The customer service throughout was fantastic. The trips out to the great barrier reef and the river cruise were wonderful. Such a lovely, quiet, relaxing and luxurious place to stay. Would return! more

This hotel is not worth the money. It sells itself as 'luxury' but it is clearly not. We paid around 300 pounds a night through Trailfinders (it is owned by them........) and got a room with cracked tiles and a swimming pool with moss growing round the water edge!!!
