I stayed at Cape Trib Beach House in a St Crispins cabin as part of a 3 day / 2 night Jungle Tours trip. The Beach House is absolutely beautiful. The location couldn't be more perfect - you're literally seconds from one of the best beaches in the world. The staff are fantastic - everyone is so welcoming and friendly,... More

Stayed here for 1 night in St Crispins cottage, basic but nice cabins, air con a bit noisy. We were a little disappointed as It's described as 20metres from the beach leading you to think that you can see the beach but in fact there are so many trees (which are lovely too) that you cannot see the beach hardly... We stayed with the family of four for three nights to explore Cape Tribulation and the surrounding areas. The hotel is one of the furthest north located and is nested right near a gorgeous beach surrounded by rain forest. The site is a little steep from where reception is to the accommodation huts and you cant park your car near... More

This has to be one of the most beautiful locations for holiday accommodation in the world - Cape Tribulation is just stunning. The accommodation is basic but perfectly adequate considering you are in the rain forest! The quality of the food exceeded our expectation and was equally as good as the fare served at our last hotel - a 4star... More

Great restaurant, amazingly good food. Great location, lovely beaches. Pool was clean and decent. Accommodation was very basic, but perfectly comfortable and adequate, especially for the price. Almost like being on camp (for the dorm rooms). Staff were very friendly too! Great people!

Don't expect anything more than backpackers accommodation and you may be pleasantly surprised. The room featured cobwebs, plenty of springs in the mattress, no smoke detector, and staff more interested in interacting with each other than guests. Too much emphasis on selling tours for commission.

I am very sorry you The Beach House did not reach your expectations. Common issue - in this industry - cannot despite best efforts appeal to everyone. With regards to the comment of pushing tours - This is not really fair. When a customer checks in we do brief them of what is available in the area on that day... More

I wish we would have stayed at least one more day/ night. There is so much to see and explore in this area. The Beach house was a great place to stay. There was a group of us in a cabin of 3 rooms., small kitchen and bathroom. The cabin was very clean. Kitchen and bathroom stocked with your basic... More

If you would like to relax and escape to paradise then this is the place for you! It has something for everyone - peace and time to think if you want it, a bunch of fantastic people working there, exploring and relaxing beach time. Don't ever let the rain put you off - it's a rainforest - a walk in... More

We stayed 1 night, as part of the: 2 day 1 night cape tribulation, from jungle tours and trekking. The staff was pleasant, and helped us find our way to a lovely water hole near by (around a 3 kilometers walk). The room was clean, with a fridge and own bathroom. The shared facilities were simple. All meals are at... More

Im glad you loved the location and the food and the place in general. Sorry you did not feel you got the warm - Beach House - level of service - now, sometimes things may be happening that may mean attention is diverted elsewhere - like problems with our pipes, water or any other things due to our remote location.... Excellent budget style accommodation right on the beach. Perfect for us. It is a backpacker style accom, but as a family we felt welcome and it suited us for a night. Our kids swam in the pool (in the rain) and we enjoyed a great meal at the bistro. The beach was beautiful- and we loved the experience.
