I organised 3 nights accommodation at the Cape Trib beach house for my brother and his family and my family ,in total 4 adults 6 kids ages 6 to 14. I had visited Cape Trib 18 years ago and had always wanted to take my family back to this magical place and give them the true rainforest wilderness experience that... More

If you are after eco-accommodations in a tropical rianforest then Cape Trib is great. The cabin we had (Escape 1) was basic, had a big bathroom, and air conditioning if you needed it, and a sheltered porch sitting area under the rainforest canopy. The path though the complex opens out onto a beach where the rainforest abuts with the beach.... More

This is a great place we have stayed at several times over the last ten years. This year we found the staff less attentive than in the past and the property in need of maintenance. How hard can it be to replace the light bulbs in the path lighting to prevent people falling over? Why are virtually all the staff... More

Hi There, When I read this review I had to wait a while in order to not allow emotion to take over - this review is unfair, wrong and well not at all fair in any context. First, yes the last week we have had a couple of the path lights through the rainforest go out. We have ordered the... More

Stayed here last night on a tour. If I knew it was going to be as amazing as it was I would have stayed longer. Amazing location, meals and staff were super friendly. Reccomend this place to any one who wants an amazing experiance in a beach hut, in the rainforest, with a Cape Trib beach front, fires and star... More

We were going to stay in the 3 bed Undine Apartments when the owner discovered a problem and immediately upgraded my husband, myself and our three teenagers into alternate accommodation. We stayed in Crispin 2 right in the beachfront. This is one of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed. The stunning location, terrific and friendly service combined with... More

We stayed in a st crispin cabin for one night organised by our tour operator and loved it. Yes the cabins are basic but they are clean and comfortable and overlook the beach. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and it was reasonably priced and very tasy. we took a walk on the beach and really loved the... More

Stayed in St Crispin cabins on the beachhfront, in the rainforest. Had intention of staying only one night, but extended for another after experiencing how relaxing it was to be in this beautiful location. Matt at reception lovely and helpful, we got a great deal on the accommodation due to it being a quieter period than usual, which we are... More

Our first time here.Remotely beautiful setting. The beach so close is totally unspoiled and private. There is an ambience about this place which is hard to describe.Rooms are surrounded by lush rainforest but are easy to acess. The common areas incude bar ,dining and pool and these are spacious and very atmospheric especially with fairytale night lighting. Food prices very reasonable for... More

As I said, basic. Nothing fancy about the rooms and the complex is well kitted out for those who are only staying a night or two. Perfect for the reef and rainforest tours too. The Bistro/Bar is rather nice, and the food is honestly priced too. As you may also know, the houses are virtually on the beach which makes... More
