The Furniture ( Equipement) in the Apartmentroom was very well and clean, included a nice, big Spabath and a large TV Monitor. But we didn´t have much daylight in the room and no window to open. Also some lights didn`t work. So it was not a very comfortable stay for us.

I initially booked & was shown a one bdr apartment (#2). The ap't needed a refit. It required new kitchen cupboards, an oven and nicer appointments. The vertical window coverings on the front window would allow guests in the opposing rooms full view into your lounge. I would not be happy about that! More like a 3-3.5 star. But, luckily... More

Extremely clean and well kept room. Close to everything. Park the car and don't need to use it. Cafes, restaurants, and great fish'n'chips around the corner. Love love love the heated pool! Charming owners. My fave stay on the Peninsula and well priced. I had no problem with the blinds; shut them and no one can see in!

An abslolutely beautiful studio apartment with a very modern decore which gave it a really cosy feel. The room was really clean, well equipped kitchen with all neccessaties. This place is in the heart of rye so you can really park the car and walk to everything you need. Our room was very clean on entering but the toilet was not very clean and the bed cover had alot of stains and as on alot of other reviews the rooms all face the pool and the blinds dont... More

The two bedroom apartment was clean and well appointed. A generous sized balcony overlooked the small swimming pool and jacuzzi with warm - some might think - overheated water! Nice place. Located in the heart of Rye and walking distance to everything we stayed for 3 nights and the room was very clean. We will be back to vistit next season as it was such a treat of a place to stay.

I have stayed on many occasions at this resort/motel and each time has been fantastic!. We stayed in a new 2 bedroom apt which was very clean and spacious for 5 people. Pool is heated and a welcome option if the beach isn't . Located in the heart of Rye and walking distance to everything...would recommend this resort to anyone.
