The hotel is close to the Hepburn Springs Baths and close to many beautiful walks in the area. The hotel had open fires going which was a great way to start our retreat. Meals at the Argus Dining room were amazing. Service and staff were both friendly and helpful. All staff were extremely accommodating throughout our stay, nothing was too much... More

$65 per person for high tea. Over priced for 3 scones. 3 finger sandwiches 3 tiny frozen thawed out pastries. Per person. No tea! Poor service. Mother's Day was disaster. No atmosphere Will not recommend to anyone. Took my wife and daughter. Walked out hungry disappointed and delusional.

My mum and I came here as a mum & daughter spa weekend away. We paid a substantial amount to stay, in a garden spa room. Not only was the room grubby, the sliding verandah door fell off it's hinges and landed on my toe - its VERY heavy. Our room was so dark and there were so many paint... More

We arrived as parked at the back for our two day stay in Villa Lucia. As we entered the side door next to The Bar, there were 3 ladies amongst conversation and not one hello nor welcome blessed our greeting or entrance. We kept on walking towards the fireplace were we paused in front of the fire were 2 more... More

I stayed at Peepers for a work off site. The resort is about a 10-15 min drive to Daylesford so not that far. The property its self is nice, lovely common areas with open fires in the cooler months ( which it was when we stayed). Out of the larger group a group of 4 of us actually stayed in... More

Fantastic setting however, it was over priced and very average lunchtime menu. I had the steak which was small and quite chewy. Luckily we ordered a bowl of chips which were similar to an average fish n chip shop because there was next to nothing that accompanied the steak. Disappointed.

This hotel is stunning. The attention to detail is phenomenal and I would highly recommend it to anyone. A visit to the mineral springs is a must, whether just to relax in a spa or sauna in the beautiful retreat or receive the best massage you've ever had, it is beyond brilliant.

A great place to stay for a short break in a fantastic location. The sitting room, library and bar all have a great ambience, as do the gardens and Spa.The rooms are tastefully done and there are quite a few nice touches - good quality amenities, towelling bathrobes and slippers, the latest Marie Claire magazine on the coffee table and... Dear Jackie B, Thank you for your review, we are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Our lounge certainly does have a great ambience and as the cooler months are here it is a fantastic place to sit and enjoy a wine in front of the open fire! We hope to welcome you back soon. More
