Stayed here in January with a group of friends for the weekend in two cabins. Fell in love with the place the cabins were cosy and homely very comfortable and had everything we needed. Aboustly loved the location and surrounds. Was a great place to relax and walk around the paddocks meeting all the animals or just sitting on the... More

I travel a lot as a freelance writer. I know what is good, reasonable to expect, and what I like. I want a clean place, not too fancy-schmancy and what is advertised. I want to experience the soul and flavour of a place. I want an experience, NO mass produced place for my head to rest! I was impressed first... More

Needing to visit Sydney in Australia a detour to the country to a farm seemed like a way to experience a different culture and holiday style. We live in the city, the quiet was so different - the night was so dark. The hosts were friendly but left us alone to enjoy the farm with its pleasing animals who came... More

The kids (8,7,4) absolutely loved the animals and open space. It was a wonderful place to explore - the animals are very friendly and although you need to keep an eye on the kids, you don't have to worry too much, just don't take food into the paddock. It's a true host-free experience although it would have been great for... More

We stayed 3 nights in the original homestead and loved it. The space and peace and quiet around the property was lovely, the friendly animals, being able to bring our own 4 legged friend with us, and just being out of the city and the rush - it was wonderful. The history of the homestead and Bundanoon was fascinating to... More

My name is Geoff, and I stayed for a week with my wife, friends and their childeren. We all had a wonderful experience, especially the kids, who were able to interact with all the animals on the farm. Both Julie and Jason were wondeful hosts, and we can't thank them enough for making the stay such a wonderful experience. It... More

We had a fantastic experience here - we stayed for 4 nights and the weather was cold but the fire was amazing and we were toasty warm. The cottage instantly felt like home and everything you need is there including our basket which ensured that a family of 4 was well fed hearty country breakfasts. The kids adored the animals... We stayed at the original homestead for a midweek break - 4 adults and 4 children (ages 5,4,18 months and 9 months). Although we were unfortunate with the weather, the cottage was beautiful and our kids all had an amazing time feeding all the friendly animals. When we arrived, the fire was ready to be lit, the electric blankets were... More

We had the pleasure of staying at Morvern Valley for a weekend, the property is immaculate, the animals are friendly, the cottages were spotless and very warm. We also got the opportunity to watch a lamb be born which was amazing. Needless to say we will be back.

My family and I stayed here last weekend, and had all 3 x cabins hired out. The experience was amazing. For the little kids to be able to freely interact with the farm animals was a wonderful experience. They were up at 6:00am each morning to ensure all the animals had been fed, and collect the eggs - which is... More
