A welcome return to the Tribute Nights at the Saracens Head. Neil Diamond/Elvis was excellent and the service, food and value were first class. This is the first of many future visits as it is a few years since these events have been held.

Just stayed overnight at this hotel prior to a meeting locally. This stay was near perfect. The outside isn't particularly appealing but inside the olde worlde charm of the place is abundant. A mix up with the room (entirely of my making) was easily resolved by the extremely friendly staff. The evening meal was very enjoyable and the breakfast was... More

A very good location just off the A43 - not far from M1 or Silverstone. Staff are really friendly - rooms are adequate with good facilities. The front rooms can be quite noisy with traffic - so try and get a room at the back of the hotel. Greene King run hotel - so expect a standard Greene King menu.... More

Stayed here for two nights on 16th and 17th Aug, for a track day in Silverstone circuit. It is ideally placed, only a 10 minute drive away. Could not pick a fault. Fab staff, fab place, clean and spacious. The food was fantastic, especially the clotted cream cheesecake. Would definetly recommend and return. Thanks go to all the staff who... More

The hotel is historic and charming..I booked 2 rooms for myself and 2 friends..(no singles) We travelled from Lincolnshire and arrived at 12.20..The receptionist said they were awaiting the delivery of the laundered bed linen..they were expecting delivery by 4pm..we were a bit dismayed as we wanted to freshen up.. In the end we opted for a room that was... More

I really like the Saracen's Head for friendly reception and good breakfast. Evening food has been good when I've eaten there and good selection of beers. Best to ask for a quieter room away from the road. Rooms are clean but expect a few olde worlde craks and rattles as well.

Called for a meal on Saturday night there was 6 of us and had booked, it took over 1 1/2 hours and we hadn't had our main course. The quality of the meal when it arrived was good but had lost the will to live never mind eat.I am sure that this may have been a one off as the... More

Rooms are slightly compact given how much it cost but still purposeful. all the mod cons, although wife found it difficult to do her make up in... More

Very clean room and ensuite with gorgeous toiletries. A very comfortable bed with clean white sheets, tasteful decoration, warm colour schemes. The staff were friendly and hard working. Good breakfast and bar meals are good prices.
