Perfect in every way. Very welcoming, beautiful location, and large comfortable well appointed rooms. A friendly reception and charming hospitality. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend Plum Park!

Gret atmosphere, great presentation and very friendly family who own it. Helped that the weather was lovely in August but made a very special day all that much better. All the guests commented on how lovely the roms were as we'll as the beautifully maintained grounds.

easy parking, and a short walk into a wedding reception-syle marquee. plenty of willing service and lots of delicious canapes, particularly prawns on sticks and mini hamburgers.. the drinks service was supplemented with a walk up bar, so no one needed to go thirsty. however, some guests said they didn't see too much food, but it goes to show that... We visited this beautiful hotel for a wedding and were fortunate enough to stay in the stable block. As we arrived we were greeted by the owner's son who showed us our lovely room. Nothing was too much trouble. We visited a pub down the road in between the hotel and the town. All quite delightful. Reception held in the... More

We have not visited this area before so did not know what to expect. The rooms were superb, with very superior furnishings and fittings. Excellent bathroom, very comfortable bed. Perfect leisurely breakfast the next morning too. All staff very helpful particularly the (female) manager. The wedding reception went off faultlessly and was helped by the very good communal rooms and... More

This was a good hotel for a wedding package, although check in was a little haphazard. Our room was good and the bathroom excellent, set in a stable block close to the hotel. The food at the wedding reception could have been a little better in choice and presentation, but there was plenty of it. Breakfast could have also had... More

We chose Plum Park on recommendation of a friend who had their wedding at the venue. It really was a faultless experience from start to finish. The booking process was easy and menu choices excellent, they were also very accommodating to special requests for children's menus. On the day guests were greeted that arrived over 1/2 early of expected arrival... More

Everything went so perfectly and everything felt so relaxed. The venue is beautiful, we were married in the conservatory part of the house which was lovely as it looks on... More

The venue for the charity ball was special, a delightful and intimate setting with a sense of genuine personal attention, that made it appealing, from the moment we arrived , the tree lined driveaway to the main house there was a sense of elegance and care, the welcome champagne reception with the roaring fire in the main house was a... We held our charity ball at this beautiful hotel and I was overwhelmed by the care and attention given to making our event be a great success. From early preparations right through to the manner to which all worked at on the actual evening, was professional and yet personal. This hotel is rich with ambience, elegant and intimate.
