This hotel is used by the council to house the homeless and drug addicts. Very dirty and noisy. breakfast is cheap tea and cereals, not worth going down for.the owner will not help with any issues....

Dump of a hotel used by the Social services to house homeless people. The hotel is dirty and dilapidated and smells of pee. The staff are very unfriendly and the place needs to be torn down. Apart from that it is OK.....

Booked by phone one week prior to visit but they could not find my details on arrival. I had to "badger" them to give me somewhere to sleep. Not particularly friendly, in fact I felt as if I was being a "pain in the backside" for spoiling their evening. Eventually got an en-suite single as requested, found an empty beer... More

On arrival, I was told that they had over booked and had no room for us! Their attitude was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, they were abusive , threating and intimidating; so much so that I had... More
