Great facility for investigating the national forest. Good facilities and tea room offers a huge range of food in a comfortable and clean environment. Play area for younger visitors with interactive displays too.

We have just returned from a four night stay in Oak Lodge. The lodge was very spacious and had everything we needed. Ideal for a family with young children up to teenagers and beyond. The lodge was comfortable, perhaps a little tired but with so may families using the lodges this is bound to happen. It meant the grown ups... More

We visited along with 16 others between 2 lodges, Cedar and Chestnut, for a 50th wedding anniversary party. Very impressive, spacious location. Close to amenities in Rosliston. Let down by the lounge sofas, their use over the few years this has been open, shows that they were bottom of the range, so that they have sagged very badly .Rising from... More

My parents booked this lodge for me, my husband, my sister and her partner and my parents for a week together. My husband is a full time wheelchair user so finding somewhere for him to feel comfy and have what he needs is not always easy. This was perfect. The lodge was large, we had four bedrooms, two with a... More

These lodges are great. The disabled access is very important when we stay away and you can't fault it here which is great. There are lovely walks to go on with great amenities. The cabins are very comfortable and cosy. highly recommended

I was a guest at a good friend's wedding and a number of the wedding party chose to stay at these cabins (of which I believe there are 5 or 6) in the heart of the Rosliston Forestry Centre. Although we spent precious little time in the cabins, they served their purpose in that they were comfortable, spacious and cosy.... More

Only 6 lodges on the park. All fully adapted for the disabled. We stayed in Rowan Lodge, first impression was wow. Loads of outside space, squirrels & rabbits running around huge garden. Facilities great, large wet room, separate toilet, 2 huge bedrooms and open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Under floor heating (be fab in the winter). Would def recommend.
