I was here earlier in the year for a short walking holiday-fab location , we walked from the village in different directions each day and visited the nearby caverns on the one rainy day we had. The owner was really friendly and allowed us to borrow maps and guide books, and gave us recommendations for local places for dinner. We... More

Stayed for one night just before Christmas. Beautiful room and fantastic host. Only a ten minute walk from the centre of Castleton. Superb breakfast and will definitely book to stay again. Book early to avoid disappointment though. 10/10

Fantastic Christmas stay at Four seasons. Excellent breakfast and location, Alan cant do enough for you, Bike storage, knowledge of local walks and dog friendly. If you want a nice hotel close to the local trails, great bike routes and selection of pubs with real ale and good food this is the place. 10/10

We have been staying at Four Seasons for a long weekend in each of the last 10 years and will continue to come back for as long as Alan will put up with us. Excellent rooms (recently re-decorated), a delicious breakfast and most importantly a welcome second to none makes this annual break one of the highlights of the year.... More

Two night stay in this lovely B&B. We were in room 6 which was very nice and had a good view of mam tor. Alan, the owner, was very welcoming and friendly and had lots of useful advice for us about the surrounding area. The full English breakfasts were served between 8.30 and 9.30 and were very good. Castleton itself... More

This B&B in Castleton Derbyshire was a very pleasant surprise. The owner - Alan, made us feel very welcome and showed us to our modern spacious and very comfortable room. The breakfast next morning was everything you want from a fresh cooked full english. For value for money this B&B is excellent.
