One night stop over with my daughter. What a beautiful place (hidden gem). Breakfast was a real treat - lots to chose from. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. The room we had was spotless and spacious. Views spectacular. Hope to return.

Had booked Rushop Hall for a one night stop over with no other thought than a bed for the night. Discovered a hidden gem in the Peak District! Lovely old building with character and old world charm. Set in a beautiful location off the beaten track. Both room and dining room which also forms the No Cars Cafe were spotlessly... More

For a short stopover in the Peak District, we (party of three) booked B&B accommodation at Rushop Hall for two nights and were assigned the Boots and Bridles rooms. Once we managed to locate the hosts (who weren't in the main house but busy working in the No Car Cafe), we were shown to our rooms which are located above... More

This hideaway in the Peak District is perfect. Loathe to share it as I don't know if I want it spoilt. Self catering or B&B the peace, the ambience, the welcome, the food or all done to perfection by Jan and Neil. Good taste, nice wine.....I could go on...

Myself and 4 women friends stayed at Rushop Hall in November 2013 for a walking weekend. We had originally booked separate B&B rooms but since one of the cottages was free, they gave us that instead which was really wonderful because we had our own kitchen area and three separate living areas. This 4-bedroomed cottage was very clean and spacious.... More

While the stay was good, I left a toilet bag there and have been attempting to get it returned for 6 weeks, and have been told in writing that they will try to return it when they have time. The owners wrote that the my property has little value and probably will not be worth the postage!
