Very clean and nice standart room, a fantastic pub with four different real ales and a good meal - charming views and excellent service in addition round off the pleasant impression. I will stay there again whenever I am in the region.

Charming pub, nice atmosphere and a great location for walks and access to all areas. Very friendly and helpful staff that worked hard to make you welcome. A varied menu provided plentiful food. Dog friendly Room 6 even though quite small had a great view of Ladybower. The main road is very busy at times although it didn't worry us.... More

After reading through the reviews on here we decided to spend our valentines day with a moorland ramble followed by a meal at Ladybower Inn. The car park looked busy so we rang first to reserve a table and were accommodated straight away. The open fires were very welcoming after being out on the moors in the damp weather and... More

Deep snow meant our scheduled visit was called off, quickly and easily rescheduled by the hotel. Excellent service, couldn't have been more helpful. Really good food in the bar and a lovely pint of black sheep.

Another great meal.. Never fails. Home cooked, local produce, . We live a mile down the road, have many pubs/restaurants to choose from, but always return, and highly recommend this country inn.. Belly pork with mash, veg and black pudding out of this world.. Go on give it a try, you won't b disappointed .. D Ollerenshaw

After an afternoon walk around Ladybower Reservoir we treated ourselves to some pub food. We didn't know what to expect walking in when we did we delighted. Cosy feeling inside, warm and friendly staff. We ordered food and a drink, the prices were what you'd expect but the portions were huge. Definitely filled us up. The steak and ale pie... More
