Great first night on Coast to Coast. Jean and Peter were brilliant hosts - very friendly and gave us a lift to dinner. Jean even talked us out of having a packed lunch from her because there was a nice pub on route. And she was right, pub in Ennerdale Bridge was a great stop

Warm and freindly and breakfast to die for, -huge sauage and as much toast /tea/coffe as you should wish - great start for the day. A very clean B&B and hosts Jean and Peter are very pleasent obliging. I do not hesitate in recommending Jasmine house to anyone

A warm welcome to a lovely room . Hosts Jean and Peter are very obliging and pleasant and Peter spent all evening running guests to and fro the pub. One warning for coast to coast walkers - there is no access till 4pm as they both work and there is no place in moor row to shelter so don't arrive... More

This is a great place to stay for the first night of the Coast to Coast walk. Very clean, bright and light accommodation. We were made to feel very welcome, and we were offered a lift to a local restaurant and back which was a great help. Many thanks

Spotlessly clean, good cooked breakfast and a super proprietress made this an ideal stop on the C to C walk. Rooms are reasonable size with tea and coffee facilities and there is ample parking for the size of property.

I stayed on a Friday night with my 12 year old son prior to going go kart racing at nearby Rowrah circuit. Friendly welcome, great twin room, marvellous breakfast and a good location in an unexpected little village called Moor Row. Handy for everywhere really. As an owner of a guesthouse in a busier place, it was nice to stay... More

This was our first stop on the Coast to Coast Walk. Jean volunteered to pick us up in Ennerdale and take us back the next morning so we could stay with her for two days. We are glad we did! She was an excellent hostess and did so much for us.The room was perfect and the food delicious.

Jasmine House is an unattractive house in an unattractive village called Moor Row. The walls are paper thin and you can clearly hear other guests in their rooms. The en-suite in my room was tiny and an unexplained problem meant that there was no water in the morning for a shower or to flush the loo. The breakfast was below... More

Walking coast to coast and stopped here for one night, the weather was dreadful and our boots and clothes were very very wet. They dried our clothes and boots for the next morning and were generally vey helpful. Took us to a pub for a meal in the evening, but unfortunately the food was poor, but the owners of Jasmine... My wife is a keen walker and wanted to start the coast to coast from St. Bee with other friends. We booked the Jasmine House Because it was near to the starting point, totally off the cuff, what an excellent, friendly and comfortable place. The village where it is situated is nothing to shout about, but the Jasmine House is... More
