Great room, plenty of space to stretch out, as with other visitors comments the breakfast was superb. Christine from the farm could not do enough to help and made us feel very welcome. Do not expect anything great from Ulverston or Barrow, but a fantastic base for exploring the south lakes. more

Just back from our wonderful stay and we have only one complaint....we had to leave! This is how B&B's should be, a world away from the old-style seaside resort with scary landladies!
