Welcoming hosts, clean and spacious rooms, so relaxing....... we stayed for two nights, and although the snow was heavy we were able to get out and about. The views were fabulous and the area suitable for both short and long distance walking. The choice of food was outstanding. Would definately stay again.

Stayed here for two nights and was made to feel completely at home. The breakfasts were very good Sue provided us with some bread to take to the birds at Windermere. Wifi is available and the local pubs serve a great meal and even better ales. The water is right across the road and makes for a lovely setting.
