Stayed for 2 nights. Quaint and very clean ...original furnishings, house been in her family some time and went under restoration. Anne the owner is a charming character, lots of stories to tell...walk into village 20 mins...breakfast is at 830 and was nice in the parlour. We had double at rear, large bed with tv, kettle, hairdryer, plenty storage. Wifi... More

Lovely owners who made us feel welcome and at ease straight away, immaculate rooms with TV, kettle and ensuite, delicious breakfast (including vegetarian option), and ideal location for pre-gig tea out at a local pub. Would definitely stay again, perfect!

Loved our stay here. Anne was a wonderful hostess, charming, amusing, enthusiastic and very welcoming. Anne's breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. The rooms were very well appointed and comfortable. Great location too. If you're looking for an authentic Lake District B&B you should go no further.

How lovely x quaint and original and so beautifully clean. We stayed New Year's Eve and would definitely return. Anne the owner is a really charming character and a good story teller! The house has been in her family years and we agree with all the other reviews. Really really lovely. Thank you x

The accommodation was charming, supremely clean and our every needs were met, especially when... More

I was visiting family in the area in September and my relation mentioned this b&b. What a find! As others have said, a warm welcome from Anne, a lovely lady. The breakfast was excellent and lots of it, and the room was far better kitted out than many more expensive b&bs and hotels I've stayed in. Such thought has gone... More

Outstanding B&B this. Immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable, cracking breakfast and a genuinely lovely and friendly hostess in Anne. It was a home from home for sure and I really cannot speak highly enough about Li'le Hullets!! The location is great for getting out and about around the Lakes but on this occasion we were here specifically for the beer/brewery tour... More

This historic little home has been completely gutted and refurbished. Great value; spotlessly clean with a lovely warm wecome (to a stranger) from Anne, the local owner. She was born in the area and exudes Lakeland no-frills charm. She goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need, including a color TV and a hearty English... More

A good spot a little out of the centre of Staveley. Ideal base for touring the lower end of the Lake district or the NW corner of the Dales. I stayed for two nights and was made to feel very comfortable by Anne. I stayed in the attic room which is fine for a single person but may be a... More
