my partner booked this for my birthday for 2 nights dinner bed and breakfast. the hotel is stunning the staff are fantastic the food is excellent, i cannot find any thing to complain about, we have a beautiful room with a creek running along the outside the views are stunning, the hotel has kept a lot of its original features...

My husband and I hired the whole house for our wedding in September. We had the most perfect day. The food was gorgeous and the staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. All our guests had a fabulous time and the DJ hired by the hotel was really good. We are planning to return for our first wedding anniversary next year....

this hotel is in a lovely hamlet above windermere. There are walks from the hotel with fantastic views. The food is excellent and the bedroom was comfortable and spacious.
