Advice to landlords: When guests arrive, try not to look as if you can't be bothered to get up from your tea. Remove the bossy notices telling people what they can't do. The one saying that outdoor furniture is provided 'for your convenience' , then saying that people who move it around will be asked to leave, is particularly officious.... more

It was aterrible experience for which we paid dearly. It is nowhere near the Lake and is an 8 bedroomed pub. The landlord has no idea about making you welcome and it is the last place on earth I would recommend. Save your money and find somewhere elsewhere.
