Stayed for a night here & was bowled over by the cleanliness, comfort and space in the room. Slept deeply & came down to a lovely well stocked continental breakfast. The owners couldn’t be more friendly and helpful & the price was extremely reasonable. Thank you!

I stay in a lot of hotels and B&Bs for work this is one of the cleanest I have had the pleasure of staying in as a private run house. I must say the owner Vicky gave me a friendly welcome and nothing was to much trouble. I will definitely be back with my family.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Tomaria Bed and Breakfast. The staff were really polite and helpful. The facilities in the room I was staying was brilliant. The bathroom was clean and I had a really good shower. The best thing though was the Breakfast facilities, a unlimited choice of Cereal, as well as a Tea & Coffee machine, fresh fruit and yoghurt. Worth staying over again. Fantastic Service

We have just returned from a over night stay here, from the minute we drove into the car park we were blown away. Before we had even stopped out of the car we were greeted by Dave who made us very welcome, we were given a very thorough tour of the premises and then was shown to our room, Dave also very kindly offered to help us with our bags. The room was a fair size and very clean and comfortable, as was the ensuite bathroom which had a good quality shower. The beds were very comfy and the duvet was lovely and thick, best nights sleep I've had in ages. Breakfast is continental with a selection of pastries, cereals, yoghurts and fresh toast with juice, tea and coffee readily available. The owners Dave and Vicky do a very good job at running this b&b and I feel they genuinely care about their guests, and will go out of their way to build up a rapport with guests. Overall we had a fantastic stay here and would defiantly be back, also would fully recommend the Tomaria to anyone thinking of booking.…

We had a one night stay here and were very impressed by the high standards of this B and B. The house is set in its own large garden with ample secure off street parking. The bedrooms are immaculately clean, well equipped and the beds comfortable. The games room is full on Americana with a life sized Elvis figure and a pink Cadillac on one wall. Breakfast is a continental style buffet with fresh fruit, pastries, cereals eggs can be ordered too. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending Tomaria to others wishing to stay in this area.

What can I say, I am not surprised that the Tomaria is the #1 B&B in Widnes, it should be called "The Davic" after the two wonderful owners, Dave and Vicky. We were immediately welcomed by Dave on arrival and we had a guided tour of the facilities available. The place was really of a high standard and spotlessly clean. In the morning we met the "real" boss Vicky who together with Dave really made sure that we had everything that we wanted for breakfast. If I am am ever in the area again I will know where to stay and I will certainly recommend it to my friends.........

We stayed in Tomaria while traveling up to Scotland. Our host was very warm and welcoming - she made sure we had all we needed. Our room and bathroom were spotless and breakfast in the morning relaxed.

David and Vicky very welcoming - they have created a nice place, clean rooms, quiet and plenty of parking space. Recommend taking your own breakfast though as the continental breakfast offered is not eatable - All sugary and cheap stuff - cereals, white toast, fruit yogurt, "no fruit type" jam, chocolate bars, packed croissants and nutella - ONLY descant food was fresh fruits and marmite!

My better half and i stayed for just the one night as an alternative to the expensive hotels in Liverpool on a Saturday night. We were greeted very warmly by Dave and his wife Vicky who we found to be very genuine, extremely attentive and thoroughly enjoyable company who spare no expense to provide an EXCEPTIONAL service of which we have NEVER found comparison with anywhere else we have stayed. Tomaria Bed and Breakfast was spotless, comfortable and set in an idyllic part of the north west and my better half has been praising me to all her friends on this gem of a find. Praise must go to Dave and Vicky though for running a fabulous b&b. We WILL be back so look forward to seeing you both soon! Steve and Karen (19th November)
