Late arrival not a problem to friendly and efficient staff. Ground floor room just round from reception was fine and quiet. Nice Premier breakfast included in very reasonable price, fortunately not raining as walk is external to restaurant where breakfast served.

Spent one night here on business. From the check in to check out and everything inbetween faultless. Comfy beds, lots of space and well kept premises and grounds! Bar and the meals were very good inc the prices, service was not too bad considering how busy it was, i'd go back again without hesitation.

Everything worked, except the shower wetted the bathroom floor. Just a very average place which is acceptable if you have to stay in the area. The restaurant is a Brewers' Fayre branded chain. Not for pleasure, but does the job. Too expensive, compared to an independant B&B.

Warm and friendly welcome, Jackie the receptionist was lovely. Room clean and fresh will definately recommend a stay here. Money wise it is good value and the room was excellent with a garden view... excellent sleep

Stayed overnight for work a couple of times in March and have had good experiences. It's a no frills room for the night. Clean, comfortable and reasonable. The breakfast is good and the pub meals are also good. Would stay again no worries.
