We stayed here last Friday and Saturday as we were attending a family wedding. Firstly, the hotel was absolutely everything I have come to expect from Premier Inn, namely clean, sizeable bed and room, welcoming staff and everything in good order. I have no grumbles at all on this front for the duration of our stay. On the first day... More

Stayed with family for a wedding. Hotel facilities were as expected for a Premier Inn. Room was fine, staff were accommodating. Can't find fault with the place although we only used it as a base & didn't eat there, but we would recommend.

We stayed in room 3, collosal family room which was great because 4 year old and baby (who aren't used to sleeping in the same room) were a good 12 feet apart. Strangely very little storage for a room that can accommodate 5 people (one draw and a tiny wardrobe) Quiet despite proximity to road Everything clean and in good... More

Very clean and well equipped rooms polite and friendly staff on the reception let down only by the pub next door which was rubbish. Sunday morning they ran out of fruit and the only juice available was cranberry and water! !! Reported to staff at premier Inn at check out and did not appear at all bothered which to me... More

One night stopover on business and have stayed here before. Its been recently refurbished and now really shows what these kind of hotels should offer - nice sized rooms, very clean, comfy bed and very quiet. Parking is good as next to pub - rooms are well equipped and have a nice dressing table area with lit mirror, shelf, sockets... More

Whilst this hotel is a short distance off the ring road, I found it to be a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The check-in was friendly and efficient, the room was spotlessly clean, it has the excellent new beds and they have free Wi-Fi. Overall a nice place to stay. It is not too far to walk into Nantwich... More

Amazingly large room with great ambience lighting and views to rear that provides a fantastic view of evening sunset. Only downside is no lift. Hotel is having extension very soon dramatically increasing number of rooms. Nice restaurant on site - just a shame Premier Inn breakfasts are so expensive.

Hotel very clean, comfortable and in good location, excellent staff good facilities, but the restaurant alongside let it down. Food was poor at dinner, seemed warmed up and dried out. Breakfast was let down by only 1 member of staff on duty, (but could not fault her as she worked her socks off) as she was on her own, milk,coffee,orange... More

Nice big comfy room, tad expensive but I booked late so lesson learned. Staff helpful and place was quiet. We stayed over on route back to Holyhead and was only a little over an hour and half away. Free WiFi which is handy these days. Tried breakfast at pub next door, left review, short version...crap. Would stay here again, but... More

I needed to stay near to Crewe Golf course for a Golf Society day with an early start and found this to be well located. The Hotel accomodation is situated behind the Peacock Inn which serves food for the Hotel. The reception were very efficient and friendly and booking in went smoothly and quickly. I was in room 6 on... More
