Stayed for one night last week with my family on the hotel's 'Chester Zoo' package. Ate in the restaurant in the evening, right by the Manchester Ship Canal; the food was lovely and the service was great. Room was clean and comfortable with large beds, breakfast was good and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. :)

2 adults and 1 child aged 7 stayed here for 2 nights end of May 2013. Very clean hotel, friendly staff. Locaton execellent for Chester Zoo and Knowsley Safari Park. All you can eat breakfast which was lovely. Lounge area nice and relaxed with TV. Went in swimming pool which my daugter loved. Highly recommend.

This hotel offers everything and more. Plenty of parking, no charge, which is unusual these days. Rooms are clean and very comfy. Restaurant does a good breakfast too. It was a wonderful experience and will stay again when i'm in the area.
